Decided to spend my last day in Vegas sight seeing and have decided that this place is extremely unwelcoming to pedestrians. Every time I try and walk somewhere the roads are blocked off one way or another and it is a complete maze to get to the places I want to go. I was able to see the Belagio Fountain show and did enjoy that, but trying to get to anywhere that isn't the main hotels in the area are next to impossible without going down some seedy alley which is probably blocked off anyway. Elevators and escalators constantly broken down, trash everywhere and the entrance to these hotels smell god awful. It's like a rotten egg water nasty smell that they try and cover up with this overpowering cheap fruity weird smell that only makes it worse. It's like spraying cologne on a fart. It doesn't erase the smell it just makes it weird and stand out more.
The bird exhibit at Flamingo was somewhat interesting, but the overall hotel seems really gross to me, I can't imagine someone wanting to stay there a second time. I tried to find Harrah's piano bar, but I didn't hear or see any piano. Caesars palace has a cool pool area and some nice little garden areas. Not my kind of scene because there are so many people in the pool area, but I can see the appeal. Bellagio seems like it could be a nice place, but I only used the entrance to use the overpass so I didn't get too much of a look.
I'm kind of frustrated because I tried to take a walk to this Omega Mart thingy that was recommended, but I can't really walk there. The only way would be to use a taxi or uber, because there are not appropriate side walks in this town, but now I'm in a sour mood so I don't even want to do anything anymore other than chill in my hotel room until night time where I will take my flight back home tomorrow early in the morning.
I think the only great thing about Vegas is the WSOP and that's about it.

That sounds pretty bad. Last time I was in Vegas was well over a decade ago, there was no such smell at any of the casino/hotel entrances. I wonder what the cause is for that if they all have it now.
Also the elevators and escalators all worked back then so that's another negative. There was trash on the streets in the form of hooker flyers everywhere though.

I'm fine with clock not starting while you get a count but if you are clearly covered, it's a little absurd, but I also understand it would be tough to define "clearly" covered.
I'm surprised I haven't seen more players realize this and use it to their advantage when they cover. Just announce/push in an amount that clearly covers the opponent rather than them delaying the clock by asking for a count on a bet that obviously covers them.

I don't think anyone here knows whether it's just technical problems or if they're done with YouTube for the English language broadcasts. I'm holding out hope that it'll be fixed at some point.

Perry went through a big stack fairly quickly a la Krissy two years ago. Obviously impossible to know without a complete hh but still. You can slow down, guys. I think sometimes the old script has flipped and now it’s the pros thinking all the recs are jamming with air.
