ACR WPN confiscated my funds after Video Verification because I had PT4 open

I am creating this thread to expose a terrible misunderstanding with WPN Game Integrity that resulted in my permanent ban and the confiscation of my legitimate funds.
My name is Erick David. My account Alk4traz was flagged for a human video verification. I fully complied with all the strict instructions: I recorded a continuous 90-minute session showing my face, my real ID, a 360-degree view of my room, and my hands moving the mouse/keyboard alongside an OBS screen recording.
However, I played the session with PokerTracker 4 (PT4) running, which is a software fully allowed on the network under normal play. Security agents Rod M and Joey G automatically banned me and confiscated my money, applying the "bot/RTA" generic template (clauses 4.2 and 1.5.8), completely ignoring that I proved on camera that I am a 100% real human playing every single hand.
If using an allowed HUD during a security video is a violation, it was an honest mistake due to lack of explicit instructions in their email, not an attempt to cheat.
They closed my tickets saying the decision is "final and cannot be appealed". I am a real player and this is a completely unfair confiscation of my funds. I am willing to repeat the 90-minute video completely clean without PT4 to prove my innocence.
I hope the ACR/WPN representative here can look into my case manually and scale it to a supervisor. This is not right.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope that even if the rep isn't active daily, someone from WPN senior staff looks into this. I am a 100% legitimate player who spent 90 minutes recording my face and hands just to get my funds seized over an honest misunderstanding with a standard HUD. It's completely unfair.

I regret that you'll find many posts about allegedly unfair bans and confiscations. There is very little, if anything, that their customers can do about them. It's something that one has to build into the estimation of risk of loss when deciding to play there, or on any unregulated sites.
Often, the end result of such is that the customer is told, "Take us to court." I'm not sure if I've heard that anyone has ever tried taking any site to court.
I completely understand your point, and I know how WPN usually handles these things. However, my case has a massive difference: I actually complied with their 90-minute live video verification. I showed my face, my real government ID, a 360° view of my room, and my hands moving on camera in real-time.
I proved 100% on camera that I am a real human being playing my own account. They are not confiscating the funds of an anonymous bot; they are confiscating the funds of a real person who gave them full biometric and video proof, just because a standard HUD (PT4) was open in the background. That's why I'm pushing for a manual review by a senior supervisor, because the video completely proves my innocence.
