are you having problems loading live chat, cant even communicate with someone?

have you been able to make any withdrawals?

I can reach live chat, and if I change my mobile number I am able to re-verify it (the SMS code arrives when doing tis), however when requesting a withdrawal the SMS code does not arrive.

It's super frustrating, I tried all the suggestions from support, including using incognito mode, clearing cache, clearing cookies etc.

I asked them to revert to the account PIN code while they 'investigate further' but I never receive a reply to this suggestion.

Question for the rep. Why does the site go down almost daily? Has to be costing you guys a ton of money and I don't know how the fix could possibly be that hard. You need to clean house over there and actually hire competent professionals.

Down again, please take some time and address this.

What's actually going on? $50k overlay in the $200k. No mention of the Summer Open. The schedule has gone to complete garbage. Barely anything to play even on Sundays. Just awful.

Hi again yellow, I appreciate the candid feedback. Part of the reason we wanted to start engaging with players like you on 2+2 was to hear your criticisms and suggestions. In terms of the deanonymized player names on HH here is what the response from the network has been: "It is something that we (PWL network) are actively discussing internally at our review meetings. While its

Some things never change, including ignition not giving a damn about you as a player or the integrity of their site.

It's so long ago now, but remember when sites used to care about the players and their experience? The good old days.

To the Ignition Rep here:

I think your heads up sit and gos at $5 all the way up have some type of bots running. They don’t opensit (maybe because they’re indifferent between sitting 2nd at various games).

The playing style at $5 is the same as $25 and $50. On any other sites, the “regs” at $5 are generally pretty bad and don’t accept rematches.

My question is: what type of proof would you require for you to actually look into this? I’ve played heads-up sit and gos full-time for 14 years now. Your sites player pool at these games doesn’t operate like every other one.

Long time hu reg here going back to the 2010s -

Regarding the bots, the issues started coming in after covid. You'd see 12 tables taking up at a $100 stake for example. It was so reg infested it was unplayable basically. A % were bots. There was 1 in particular I know was a bot and it took me a while to figure out how to beat it. For the longest time, I couldn't understand why it would never make any adjustments. Like if it limped, I raised, and it reraised behind me and I shoved it would fold an extremely high % of the time. Another one was in a limp limp pot that went check check if I was in the sb and I had like a middle pair and I min bet turn and river it would just call almost any 2 cards, kinda giving away chips. Over time I beat it. A tell tale sign was it NEVER TIME BANKED. lol. No matter what. There was a reg at $200 for the last couple years before they made the structure changes . . . played exceptionally slow. I think it was likely a bot too given some of the bizarre lines like the 30% flop bet followed by the overbet on the turn which imo is just terrible because if you jam river after that it's almost impossible to be bluffing.

After the changes were made - Nov - Mar were really good action I thought at $50 and $100. I did pretty well. I was also the only reg there though. It wiped out every single reg/bot on the site except for one guy who ended up leaving months later. Last few months have been more hit and miss. Last few weeks in particular have been super dead. Went from a lobby where there were definitely 4 figure days out there if you played the main hours to pretty low volume and a repetition of the same mediocre, but not terrible players. The amount of randos at $100 has gone down a ton. May be temporary or kick up. Hard to know.

I don't think there's a bot problem though at the HU sngs at least. I mean you'll get these clowns that rematch a lot certain days. But there are times of the day it's empty and I don't know how you even program a bot to play 30 bb hu poker. The reality is you have to be pretty skilled to win at all at that format. Like you just have to have a great feel. You can't do strict GTO. You gotta be really on point and exploitative because every pot matters so much. So you gotta have a baseline strategy for the randos you have little info on to max out EV and then make adjustments based on how they seem to be approaching a range of hands preflop (some call off all ins way looser than others preflop btw), as well as postflop betting size tendencies and time taken on decisions. So you have fish and then a bad "semi" reg here and there that will play nonstop for 6 hours unless you destroy him, but it's usually 2 tables max. $50 and $100 seem clean to me. $25 I think is clean as well from the times I've sat there, although I don't play many of those games.

Overall though, it's a dying site. I think poker may not even be offered come 2028. They've lost a ton of players due to states pulling out. None are coming back. Even if players wanted to forgive bovada/ignition and return because of the bogus tax laws it wouldn't matter because they just won't accept registrations from those states. So they're just permanently treading water. I did very well in a 6 month stretch post blind changes, but those margins may be short lived. If football season looks like the last several weeks action wise it's a total wrap and you should be looking to pull your money out. I also think poker in general is brutal and the window has closed for the overwhelming amount of people. You need those soft low stakes games to build a roll and it's harder to find those now

Wow, there is now an Ignition rep here now. This is a post I made a year ago. Any comments?

Does anybody have any suggestions for me. I was colluded against two weeks ago in a $50 double or nothing touney. I immediately sent them an email and and have not even gotten a response.
Doing a chat to ask what is going on is a waste of time. This is the email I sent that should explain pretty clearly what happened.

I just got done playing Sit N Go 75483523. It was a $50 Double or Nothing tournament. I was player 5. Players 2 & 3 were colluding, although I admit, it's hard to believe they'd make it as obvious as they did, and expect to get away with it. Both players were in situations where the small stack was down to a few chips, and bet that nominal amount and the other player folded, (I think each time they let the time run out.)

On the 15th hand, Hand 51666929748, when blinds were 25/50, Player 2 lost a hand where he went all in Preflop with JJ and was beaten by Player 4's KK and since player 2's stack was a little bigger he still had 236 chips left.
Another player got felted and we became 5 handed. On the very next hand, Hand 5166929909, he ended up at the river with 36 chips left in his stack and went all in. Player 3 ran out of time and folded. Player 2 rose from 236 chips to 461 and Player 3 went from 1432 to 1232. Two hands later, Hand 5166930251, they did it again. Player 2 started with the same 461 chips and was down to 50 when the river was dealt. He bet that 50 and Player 3 folded, running out of time. Player 2 was all of the sudden back in the game with 986 chips and Player 3 was down to 1182.

Late in the tournament. we were 4 handed in hand number 5166932095 it was player 3 with the short stack. He started the hand with 657 chips and bllinds were 75/150. He bet his last 57 on the river and this time it was player 2, who started with 2396 that folded.after running out of time. So player 3 went from 2396 to 1796 and player 2 rose from 657 to 1407. Now I was the small stack with 1191 and 5 hands later I was done and Players 2 and 3 were both winners along with player 4 who had the big stack the whole tournament since it was him that tripled up with the Kings, and did nothing suspicious. I came in 4th.
