I remember reading about this a few years ago. If I remember the company in question had production plants in the West Bank, employing thousands of Palestinians. Then due to all the bad PR, they were forced to abandon the plants and fire all the workers.
On top of the security concerns, because of "anti-Zionist" PR stunts like this, Israel has more and more moved industry and jobs out of the West Bank, and into Israel proper or abroad. And instead of hiring Palestinians they are bringing in labor mainly from SE Asia.
Of course Israel cant win, and our now being accused of discriminating against hiring Palestinians. Whereas when they did try to develop the West Bank (and Gaza pre 2005) and hire local workers, (on top of allowing Palestinians from the WB and Gaza into Israel to work) they would be accused of stealing the land, exploiting and enslaving them

We're all a bunch of people who got here by various means, all of them legitimate in our lifetimes and those of our parents, and all of them illegitimate if you go far enough back and subscribe to "first person there owns it for infinity". The denisovans and neantherdals we all killed and stole land from are all dead (although some fractions of their genes survive in Australian aborigine and European DNA), so the only true way for any of us to be legimitate is to go back to Africa. But someone else is living there now so you'd have to take their land.
That gives me an idea. What if the Israeli's just let the Palestinians open casinos?

I don't know that the Statute of Limitations are on stolen land, but I'm pretty sure they've expired by now.
