History of Winning Hands of WSOP ME .

First time I ever played a WSOP ME was in 2006. After playing, over 25 hours, was knocked out very close to cashing ( I think about 15-16 spots away)

My complaint was that , I didn’t get many pocket pairs. My best pocket pair was 55 .

So after 20 years I was researching and came up with totally surprising facts.

In 56 years of history there were 1st two years history not recorded as what was final winning hand of the tournament !

Out of 54 years only 13 times winning hand was dealt a pocket pairs.

AA is most desirable Pocket Pair.
But A A was never a final winning hand of any year of WSOP champion !!

KK were dealt only once
QQ were dealt Twice
JJ were dealt only once.
10,10 were dealt twice.
9,9 were dealt twice.
8,8 were dealt once
7,7. Were never dealt.
6,6 were dealt once.
5,5. were dealt once.
4,4 were never dealt.
3,3 were dealt twice.
2,2 were never dealt.

Most ever dealt winning hand was KJ : 5 times!!
