Explaining that was sort of the next step which we never got to, becaussw Step 1 qas never understood. If orbits should generally be elliptical, why are all the planets in our solar system pretty close to circular. And that actually does have to do with planet to planet interactions.

1. Because the 'undisclosed neighborhood' is presumably somewhere in DC, which is a very dangerous place.
2. The white supremacists (i.e. members of Patriot Front) were en route to their Independence Day Mostly Peaceful Protest (TM Pending). Harming the girl in front of a Reuter's photographer would probably not only be bad PR but would almost certainly land them in jail.
3. These folks might be angling for a guest appearance on Tucker or Nick Fuentes and for that to happen they can't come across as a gang of thugs picking on defenseless young women.
