its is not about money. it just had so many bugs that feel like a unfinished product. I play daily just need a reliable product like DH2. not keep finding this or that doesn't work properly everyday and wont get fixed right away. will be back after couple of month when DH3 is proper pathed.

I also have a tendency to wait for a while after a new release. That being said, DH2 was relatively good when they upgraded from DH and I expect the same for DH3. They have been quick on updates with important fixes, and pretty good about the "nice to have" fixes.

Well, to be fair, a lot of these things you've rushed to call bugs weren't bugs. And right now, there's really not many reported bugs honestly. There's always going to be some when any software is first released, but there was 3+ months of internal beta, 6+ months of private beta, and 1+ month of public beta on DH3. The software is extremely stable.
If there's something specific, please email support again and I'll make sure it's addressed.

Ty for the kind words. The team takes stability extremely seriously, and we have so many internal testing points on builds now, it's crazy because the software has grown so much. If you consider how much new was added, and you read through this thread, you'll see there are very few issues, and they are all pretty minor.

I downloaded the 30 day trail and the next day when I started dh3 I noticed it was down to 13 days left.
Also in the "Guages" window it has my winrate as big blinds bb/100 but in the stats window below is has my winrate as big bets BB/100.

It's not a 30 day, it's 14 days in DH3. Yes, I told the dev team to change the report to bb/100. There are still some limit players out there. 😀

What's the easiest way to transfer hands from DH3 to DH2?
Select Import -> Import from directory and navigate to \AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD 3\ProcessedData
Go to overall reports, right click and select export all. You can also go to the processed hands folder, but if you use any sites w/ hand capture, some of those sites aren't in the processed folder.
All good, DH3 to DH2 transfer worked ok; I just noticed the third-party export fix. Thanks.

I could never work out why limmit players needed 10 racks of chips for a giant chip stack when most of those chips were never at risk.
The last hand I played villian 2x pot the river with nut flush blocker.
I called w/ 2nd nut straight and thought the hand was intersting.
When I go to the "overall" tab the hand is showing there as the last hand I played.
I've never got it displaying "overall". Usually it's on the "sessions" or "postion" tab.
The hand is showing in both "overall" and "position" but not in "sessions".

From the "overall tab it shows in the date column that 3 hands were played at 13:58
In the "positions" tab it shows 1 hand played at 13:58
And the "sessions" tab has 2 hands showing.... but not the one i'm intested in.

Do you have any filters set for specific reports?
If the hands are in there for one report, then they should be there for all. I can't say what is happening w/o a log, so I'd suggest just sending one from the support icon in dh and the dev team can check and see what's happening. ty.
