Stars Wants to "Security Review" my play money account??

I got an email recently from Stars asking me to send documents (utility bills, etc., that they ask for to verify real money account addresses) and I haven't played real money since BF (I am in the U.S.). The reply email bounces (even the one they specifically told me to send documents to).

Indeed they eventually restricted my account even from playing play money.

I'm not going to lose sleep over not being able to play play money but I'd still like to know WTF is going on here and why they think they need to do a "security review" on a play money account.

I did reach someone on X and all they did was send me a link to upload the "documents".

I'm not doing this but I'd like to know has anyone else had their play money account "security reviewed"?

Looks like they sell your information for money either openly or by "having a security problem" and the more they have the more they are paid.

I am now being told that the "review" has completed and I am permanently barred from playing on any of their sites.

To be barred fifteen years after ever playing for real money has to be some sort of record.

Did you play in private home games with that play money account?

Yes. The last time was about a year ago.
