[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
That's great news; will those affected be reimbursed...
Since it is difficult for me to track down every instance where this happened, I sent some evidence to your email address, and I believe you are still reviewing it. I would like to know if the site can guarantee that I will be refunded for all the times this occurred.
Yes usually with that bug it's just a short delay and the funds are reimbursed automatically, back into your balance, but support can check your whole playing history for you to guarantee that.
Table bugged loading tonight is the worst I've seen. Over 15 for one whole stake level, insane.

I've had this problem with random tables refusing to load since they updated roughly a week ago & its still persistent. They sit in the "loading" status with a spinning circle for infinity. My only option is to keep closing them / reopening over & over until one loads.
Is anyone having trouble returning the funds they have at cash game tables to their bankroll
I had this problem a little over a week ago (scroll up to see my post about it where I screenshotted support's response) & contacted support; they did absolutely nothing & passed off my email as if there was no problem. It happened after I closed the app with tables still loaded (out of tilt) then when I came back hours later 3 of the tables were still in "pending cashout" under transactions. They fixed themselves the next day when CP released an update that I installed & the 3 tables popped up on their own with me still sitting at them; once I closed those out my funds returned. Support was useless. I've made sure to sit out then close all my tables before exiting the app & haven't had this issue again.
they removed the daily 15% cashback in favor of missions & (supposedly) increased leaderboards. Read the tweet they posted on June 29 on X (or someone posted it above)
The problem I'm still having is not being able to track my hands accurately with PokerTracker because out of my last 60k hands I've imported into PT4 there's roughly 1k that had errors (due to splashpots or pot size/BB errors) which is skewing my results so I paid $70 to PT4 for their annual update plan for nothing. I started my own spreadsheet to keep track of everything.
On a positive note, I did finally receive my first mission (which looks to be ~22% RB) today
As a micros reg, the games (& rewards) are (were) much better on Coin than GG so as negative as I sound I actually do want this site to succeed. I'd love to see it be real competition for GG.
- The instant RB payouts are great; the fact that I don't have to grind for 12h just for a decent LB position doesn't make me hate poker & encourages me to play more sessions throughout the day
- The RB system is still way better than GG as I'm not guessing if I'm going to cash in a stupid flipout for the day that will determine if I even receive anything
- The splashpots WERE amazing but I rarely see them anymore since about a week ago
- Unlike GG's PVI system, I'm actually motivated to move up in stakes because the rewards increase as I go up. I've seen numerous stories of winning regs getting capped at 17% on GG which destroys my ambition to move up
- GG's rake/rewards structure promotes nitty play which makes the games miserable so imagine having to grind 12h just for 2bi worth of rakeback
Hopefully Coin realizes the poker community as a whole is looking for a regular site for their daily grind that simply doesn't screw them over with greed by turning us into rake-generating breakeven bots. Honestly, the bar isn't very high to achieve "acceptable status" considering the insane rake being charged by the big players like GG/888 & Iggy basically self destructing then giving the players very little rewards or nothing at all.
IMHO, the new GUI + rewards alone were already bringing loads of players from GG over the past couple of months so hopefully these changes are worth it. The community is going to knee-jerk with every change to the rewards system because we're sick of getting screwed over so I hope the ivory tower of CP is considering every option before they make changes again.
The update v1.9.0 which is now ready for players to download, is a hot fix for that table loading issue.
Let us know if it still happens thanks.

Thanks can you DM username / device info or send it to support thanks. I'll also tell them now anyway but they'll ask me for that
Ideally the logs as well if you get time
2 days now without 15% cashback being paid
That has been discontinued and $200k has been added to the leaderboards, making them $1.2 million weekly, plus there are Missions in both tournaments and cash games now.
so about this. as an mtt player we barely received anything from the old system. just the daily 15% , even as a high volume mtt reg our rake is way lower then cash so no races and obv no splash pots. now we dont get the daily 15% anymore, so we get nothing? i see missions in the cashier but i have nothing there and i check daily.
90% of players now have Missions, the devs have confirmed - the remaining 10% are soon to follow, players can also send their usernames to support or DM me here if they still don't have Missions tomorrow please and I'll escalate it. I've already sent over several usernames from the Discord.
Some positive reports are coming in on the Discord from players that do have Missions, I'll share some here:

Plus the user in post #2986 in this thread with a 22% rewards Mission.
. Bankroll Boosts will also continue improving. This feature was introduced to support players during tougher stretches and help keep more people in the action. We also know the first version was not balanced the way it needed to be. Your feedback helped us identify where adjustments were needed and those improvements have already been implemented. Please continue to share insi
Whereas Missions are for all players, this Bankroll Boosts feature at the moment is specifically for players on a downswing. The mechanics of this are still being worked on and should become clearer as well in next month's CoinRewards update.
I still have loading tables. To much going on to try and screen save it.

Honestly, I don't see that money coming back; I’ve sent several emails to support and they’ve asked for some information, but what worries me is continuing to play and win, only for part of the money not to return to my bankroll. It apparently happened again today, and I find myself wondering if it’s even worth continuing to play... frankly, when you play poker and win a pot, having part of the money fail to reach your bankroll is an issue that should be a priority. Obviously, I’m not an expert in developing poker software or sites, but I think anyone in my shoes would feel shortchanged.
If you can also DM the info to me I can help chase it up, e.g. device info / username / country location / whether or not a VPN is in use (this sometimes is related to issues), and log files (zipped in any file sharing site link, e.g. WeTransfer), if all that info is given things do get fixed faster, thanks.

Sharing another one, if anyone's curious what Missions players are getting.

To which email address can I send a report regarding collusion?
I'm new on CoinPoker and I'm currently grinding first deposit bonus. So far I haven't received any missions at all. Is this normal?
Finally received a mission and it specifically excludes my main stake (10nl). Several players in the Coin discord are reporting the same thing. Mods there are justifying it & telling us to submit tickets to support if we think its an error (it is) but the staff there acts like this is intended to force us to play higher stakes in order to keep our rakeback.
Splashpots are very rare now when they used to come around frequently + 15% has been removed + LB's are supposedly increased (when my personal records show I've received the same number of LB rewards per same number of hands; nothing has increased).
They've essentially taken away most of the rakeback & are holding it hostage unless we play higher than we normally play. Otherwise, its not possible to clear the missions on lower stakes.
If this is intended, its extremely manipulative and something I would expect out of GG, not Coin. I've been a daily player on this site for the past several months & I refuse to play again on Coin until we're given an answer on why 10NL is excluded in the missions when it is my main stake. I was giving this site good feedback in earlier posts last month & I regret doing that now. These changes are awful & the execs at Coin need to wake up before they destroy the playerbase they've built with the positive changes over the past year.
I'll be on GG/QQPK/Global until I see some sort of logical answer about why 10nl is specifically excluded for missions and what is going to be done to return the rakeback to the way it was previou
sly.
The leaderboard prizepools increased but they are also paying more places so you aren't going to make more in leaderboards. All they did was make it easier for anyone to get leaderboard money. My main stake is also missing from my missions so I can drop down and play more tables or move up and play less tables lol

Dropping down in stakes means you aren't going to clear the mission (unless you think you can play 130k+ hands in 28 days) and I don't have the roll for 25NL. If Coin (or you if you prefer) wanna provide me with 20bi for 25NL to pad my roll so I can play higher to complete the mission, please let me know & I'll give you my SN for you to send the funds.
The LB increases are part of their marketing plan as justification for removing the frequency of splash pots & the daily 15% rakeback. I agree that they probably just made it where more places are paid which means there's not actually a net increase for those of us who were already grinding LB's (I know there isn't because I keep my personal records). That just strengthens my argument for removing it.
Why has Coin decided to remove its solid rakeback system + hold it hostage to force us to play higher when we're not ready? (this is what excluding our main stake in the mission while removing other rakeback options does)
Wouldn't LOGIC suggest if they were "incentivizing" us to move up in stakes they would keep the old system to let us build our rolls while ALSO providing these missions for higher stakes to encourage us to play higher?

This is 200nl and pre rakeback. No one is winning at volume.

I received an email from support stating that nothing is wrong, even after I sent videos, screenshots, etc. Could you check your DMs? I attached videos and screenshots regarding two issues at the poker table where I’m potentially being shortchanged, yet support claimed nothing was amiss—even though they said the analysis was based on hand history.
