[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
Tables still not loading. They don't seem to understand it hurts them more then us.
I didn't receive my 15% daily cashback today the 2nd July...
Here is the tweet
Hi everyone,
A few weeks ago, we introduced CoinRewards as a new rewards system built to evolve over time.
Since then, the team has been building the next stage of the program, using the data we’ve gathered and the feedback you’ve shared to help shape where it goes next.
This update moves CoinRewards further toward an activity-driven model, with more rewards going into the mechanics players actively compete in, complete, and interact with while they play. We believe rewards should recognize the players who bring action to the games and help create a healthier, more engaging poker ecosystem for everyone.
That next stage goes live on July 1st, with over $7,000,000 in monthly rewards available across the platform.
• As part of this evolution, flat daily credits are being replaced by active rewards across CoinRaces, Infused Splash Pots, Bankroll Boosts, Missions, and tournament rewards.
• CoinRaces will increase from $1,000,000 to $1,200,000 in weekly rewards. That means an additional $200,000 every week going into competitive prize pools, with more rewards going directly to high-volume competitive players.
• Infused Splash Pots will remain dedicated to Micro and Low Stakes games, where they can give the most support to the foundation of the player pool.
• Bankroll Boosts will also continue improving. This feature was introduced to support players during tougher stretches and help keep more people in the action. We also know the first version was not balanced the way it needed to be. Your feedback helped us identify where adjustments were needed and those improvements have already been implemented. Please continue to share insight here as we continue refining the system.
• Additionally, Tournament Missions launched on June 25th giving MTT players access to engaging missions and making sure tournament activity is properly included in the rewards ecosystem.
This is a meaningful update, but it is also part of a wider transition. July will give us important data and community feedback as we prepare the next stage of our rewards system in the months ahead.
Building a rewards system that works across different games, stakes, and player types takes constant refinement. What matters most is that we keep listening, building, and improving a system that brings more value, engagement, and reasons to play.
Your feedback has already helped shape CoinRewards, and it will continue to play a key role in where we take it next. Please keep sharing your thoughts, suggestions, and experiences with us.
Thank you for your continued support.
The CoinPoker Team

What exactly is this may I ask?
@coin_poker rep.
Can I have some clarity on the issue of US players playing on the site? I haven't seen a single official post or anything on whether or not US players can play on the site. The TOS explicitly prohibits us from playing, but I see many US ambassadors and players still playing there. Will I get my money confiscated if I try to play? It feels like you guys are doing this thing where you dance around this issue, but then when it comes time for me to cashout, I'll somehow get ****ed. Thanks in advance for a response.
I'm a 5nl/10nl player that averages ~40k hands monthly. I keep a detailed spreadsheet of all my daily rewards & have 2 months of history with it on Coin. So far this change is an overall net negative.
- I'm receiving the same LB rewards for roughly same number of hands (when supposedly they were increased to justify the removal of the daily 15%)
- I've not received a single mission & have no way of knowing if I'm ever going to receive one
- I've seen exactly ONE splashpot (+10bb) the past 2 days (~1100 hands) when they used to come around very frequently especially at NL5
- Whatever this "bankroll booster" is only for 100nl+ so that's never going to be a benefit for me
I had recently started moving funds to make Coin my primary site so this does not give me confidence in it moving forward. I hope these guys see all the negative feedback for these changes & stop going towards the greedy GG route.

We can confirm we will not confiscate account balances on jurisdictional grounds as there would be no reason to do so.
Thanks yes. There will also be a CoinRewards update coming next month.
This doesn't actually resolve the concern — it directly conflicts with your own written Terms.
Your Terms (Clause 1.3) state that the US is a Restricted Territory, and that where you determine a user is accessing from one, you reserve the right to 'suspend or terminate accounts, void transactions, and withhold or cancel balances.' That is the literal opposite of 'we will not confiscate account balances on jurisdictional grounds.'
Your Terms also state (Clause 30.3) that they are the 'entire agreement' and supersede prior communications — meaning a forum reply doesn't amend or override that clause. And Clause 4.3 tells users not to rely on any statement made by the Company as a representation of legality.
So which is it: does the confiscation right in Clause 1.3 no longer apply to US players, or was the forum statement inaccurate? If the former, please confirm that in writing as an actual amendment to the Terms — not a forum comment — so it's enforceable. If the latter, US players deserve to know that the written Terms, not informal reassurances, govern what happens to their funds."
---
**What would actually fix this (not guesswork — this is what closing the gap would require):**
1. **Amend Clause 1.3 itself.** Either remove the US from the Restricted Territory list, or add a carve-out saying the confiscation/void-transaction right doesn't apply to US-based accounts. A forum post can't do this — only a Terms revision, published and version-dated, can.
2. **Amend Clause 4.3** if they want their public statements to actually mean something — right now it explicitly tells users not to rely on company statements about legality. That clause would need a specific exception for official rep statements to carry any weight.
3. **State it as a binding policy, not a comment.** Even an updated Terms clause needs to be unambiguous — "CoinPoker will not exercise its rights under Clause 1.3 against US-based accounts" is enforceable language; "we won't confiscate balances, as tweeted here" is not.
4. **Fix the jurisdiction/venue problem too.** Even with a friendlier US clause, Clause 31 sends disputes to Panama under terms the user has to actively invoke — worth flagging separately since it affects how any promise would actually be enforced in practice.
Until one of those changes happens, the honest answer is: the forum reply is a PR statement, not a contract term, and the actual Terms give them the explicit right to do the opposite of what was promised. And this has all been discussed at length before but it’s worth adding below their reply.
In layman’s terms their response of assurance (and that of their ambassador) is worthless …. Not me saying it that’s just the truth of the matter and anybody can verify that independently - they COULD deal with this issue properly by taking the steps above, and that’s what they should do, it’s all they were ever asked to do. The fact they don’t you can make up your own mind about
Thanks I've sent these to the devs, and they were already aware from some email reports and Discord. Should be fixed soon.
It helps if players can email in their log files (click bottom left in the client) and some info about their device, but understandably that's a hassle. Anyway they're on it now.
I get zipped files, do i extract, and then how do I send it to support?
I can add that back, the user was asking for an official post rather than that of an ambassador.
Posts can't be edited after 30 mins but I'll add here - this was also tweeted by an ambassador of ours for example here as well
Essentially, the situation is this—correct me if I am wrong:
CoinPoker will never confiscate your funds, but the authorities in the state where you reside and play could do so if CoinPoker lacks a license to operate there and they decide, at some point, to intervene.

no way for the authorities to confiscate ' your' funds
so about this. as an mtt player we barely received anything from the old system. just the daily 15% , even as a high volume mtt reg our rake is way lower then cash so no races and obv no splash pots. now we dont get the daily 15% anymore, so we get nothing? i see missions in the cashier but i have nothing there and i check daily.

That’s good, now let me know if you want any of this action

Is anyone having trouble returning the funds they have at cash game tables to their bankroll?
Honestly, I don't think the site needs to act on every single opinion from the public—after all, you surely have competent people on your team to handle issues and questions—but I feel the site has invested heavily in marketing without showing the same level of commitment to fixing problems within the software itself. There are people who make a living from online poker, and when they are prevented from working, practicing, or simply having fun, it becomes a draining experience. Above all else—despite the wide range of emotions this game can stir up—I believe the main goal should be to have fun and not worry while playing; lately, however, I’ve found myself worrying more than enjoying the game. I really wish the software would inspire enough confidence and a sense of security for users to play with peace of mind, without having to worry about issues that should have been anticipated and resolved by your team.

That is a known issue yes that affects some players, if you contact support they manually fix it, devs are also working on a fix.
I'm also asking about the previous questions on Missions / Bankroll Boosts, these should become clearer this month and next with the August CoinRewards update but in the meantime I'll get all the info I can and share here asap.
I'm going to try sending zipped, it says the files are to large to send unzipped. You just said yes and didn't explain how, I think it will work. I have Windows 11 Ryzen 9900x 32gb pc fwiw.

That’s great news; will those affected be reimbursed?...
Since it is difficult for me to track down every instance where this happened, I sent some evidence to your email address, and I believe you are still reviewing it. I would like to know if the site can guarantee that I will be refunded for all the times this occurred.

Thanks, zipped or using WeTransfer / Dropbox is fine, any file sharing site. To then they'll pass it onto the devs.
