📍 Location: Remote
💼 Type: Flexible (Full-time / Part-time)

bitB Spins is looking for an IT Support Specialist experienced with Hand2Note to help our players with software-related issues.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Support users with Hand2Note (setup, troubleshooting, optimization)
Help poker players with all software we provide
Handle general IT support tasks and application maintenance
Assist non-technical users in a clear, friendly way

✅ What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Hand2Note (required)
Good understanding of poker software & trackers
Basic IT support skills (Windows, applications, troubleshooting)
Strong communication skills (English)
Reliable, organized, and user-focused

⭐ Nice to Have

Poker player background
Experience with other poker tools (PT, HM, solvers)
Previous remote support experience
