Natural8 GGNetwork locked account and withheld rightful Min-Cash after APL Day 2 glitch. NOT looking for the glitched $808k, just looking for fairness

Hi everyone,
I am writing this post on behalf of my friend, who is a regular player on Natural8 (GGNetwork). He recently went through a deeply frustrating experience regarding the APL Jeju Main Event.
Before I begin, I want to make one thing 100% clear: We fully understand that the ¥5,500,000 credit was a massive system configuration error/glitch. We are NOT here to greedily claim or demand that $808k. We know it was a mistake. However, we are writing this because of how poorly, unprofessionally, and unfairly Natural8 handled the situation after their own glitch.
The Incident:
Tournament: APL Jeju Main Event Live Day 2 - Qualifiers (¥7,000 buy-in) on June 27, 2026.
My friend played completely fairly and finished Day 2 as Rank 1 out of 212 players (Screenshots attached below).
Right after the tournament, the system credited his account with ¥5,500,000 (~$808,701 USD). His PokerCraft graph, transaction history, and cashier balance all reflected this.
4 hours later, Natural8 abruptly froze his account with ZERO explanation or warning. This sudden freeze caused him direct financial harm as he was blocked from registering/playing in other ongoing Day 2 tournaments he was scheduled for.
After aggressive complaints, they reopened the account but confiscated the entire ¥5,500,000, leaving him with absolutely nothing for this tournament.
Natural8's Response:
They emailed us claiming it was a "temporary system configuration error" and stated that since this was a qualifier for a live event, "there was not supposed to be prize money distributed online."
Where We Stand & Need Community Witnesses:
This is where Natural8 is being completely unfair. Even if the total pool was glitched, my friend outlasted the field and rightfully finished #1 in that flight. They are now using the "system glitch" as an excuse to withhold his rightful Min-Cash and leave him completely empty-handed.
According to our memory of the tournament’s initial rules in the lobby description, it was clearly stated that players who qualify but choose NOT to or CANNOT attend the Live Day 2 venue are entitled to receive an online min-cash payout.
Since Natural8 has wiped the tournament lobby, we would like to ask the community:
Did anyone else play in this specific APL Jeju Qualifier on June 27?
Can you please confirm if the tournament structure explicitly stated that a min-cash would be paid online for those who don't attend the live venue?
We need your confirmation and witness to bring full transparency to this case. We are not asking for the glitched money, but we demand:
The immediate credit of his rightful Min-Cash as per the tournament's original rules.
Proper goodwill compensation for the 4-hour account freeze that disrupted his other active tournaments.
Natural8 cannot just make a mistake, lock a player's account without a word, violate their own tournament terms, and expect the player to take a 100% loss for the site's own technical incompetence.

Below are the undeniable proofs from PokerCraft and the email response from Natural8 support:

For privacy and security reasons, I have blurred my friend's nickname in the screenshots. However, if a Natural8/GGNetwork representative replies to this thread, I am ready to send the exact Nickname via Private Message (PM) to verify the case
Thank you all for your support and for helping us verify the rules!
