No, you should just fold.
2bet is usually just called an open or open raise.
SB is the worst position because you are out of position and not the last to act preflop. For this reason the usual advice is just to either fold or 3bet from this position. What you 3bet (i.e how to construct your 3bet range) depends on the villain like how aggresive they are, what position they are etc..
I would recommend you play a 3-bet or fold strategy from the SB facing a raise. This is a simplification that does not reduce your EV by a significant amount. Facing an open from the SB for the following sizes I would recommend these 3-bet sizings:
2.0 -> 10.0
2.5 -> 11.0
3.0 -> 12.0
As a general statement you can 3-bet around 30-40% of the top of someone's RFI from the SB, so if they are opening around 40% from the BTN which is ~standard, then your 3-bet range from the SB can be around 12-16%. I'd recommend you be a bit on the tighter end of that for the foreseeable future and 3-bet around 13%. That 3-bet range looks something like this:

This range is coming from a preflop solve using HRC (a preflop solver). Anything mixed between 3-bet and fold is theoretically 0EV for this solve. So, hands like 44, 55, ATo, Q9s, J9s, K8s, T8s, KTo etc. are all pretty close and you would 3-bet or fold those depending on other variables (rake, fold to 3-bet from BTN, postflop edge, 4b freq of SB/BB/BTN) etc.
That's very helpful thank you for taking the time
I'm a bit confused by the chart though, is it saying that the cards with the accentuated black font warrant raising +7.50 BB ? (88, 77, QTS etc.) or is it saying that for most of these you wanna raise 12 BB?
Or is it saying that most of the time for exemple if we take QTs you would raise +12 BB and occasionally 9 BB
Where can I find a similar chart for all the positions?

I gave you a suggestion about what sizings to use. Just 3-bet around the same range as the chart and likely just pure fold any of the mixes.
Can you please explain the chart a bit more? What does the bolded font mean and what do the percentages below each hand mean?

It was ran with Hold'em Resources Calculator: https://www.holdemresources.net/
The software allows you to run preflop sims given a variety of constraints: allowed sizings, buckets, postflop sizings etc.
The picture/chart itself is showing action for the SB when facing a 2.5bb open from the BTN (~top 40%) in a 6-max NLH tree with 5% rake and 2bb cap with all positions starting with 100bb stacks. At the top of the picture you can see the allowed sizings for this node: fold, call, raise to 7.5bb, 9.0bb, 12.0bb.
The bolded font means that I clicked on the 7.5bb action in a panel on the side of the screenshot within the software that you cannot see and it is highlighting the hands that are taking that action along with the frequency (percentage below). It is, for the most part, completely irrelevant to what I was trying to convey.
The important takeaway is everything in salmon/pink/red color is a valid raise. Hands that are mixed between those reddish colors and fold (white) are ~0EV.
