hey mister temp being man
racing to thought
things more attuned to certain pro or con clivities with various exes under scoring particular visitation schedules

Was I stealth temp banned?

I have no advice on exes,

Sailor & MrsSaint hit 40 years in August -

That's gonna cost $$$.

There was one woman I lived with in the early 80s.

Eventually she stole my furniture...

A small price to pay.

Congratulations on 40 years.

I'm assuming you don't work in Academia. Seems like half the people I know are getting divorced.

On the other hand, my two brothers hit 46 and 43 years of marriage. They don't work in Academia.

recorded four years before wish you were here

shame on me if this specific recording is common knowledge
hearing for the first time right now this particular version

J.P. West is peak scandi-80s. This was his only hit and then he moved on to making guitars instead. I feel that might have been the wrong decision, but I'm biased.

Anyway - in the words of the announcer:
Nu ska det bli evropop:.

true story once while doing something stupid in my youth a nail gun rebounded from a knotty board trampoline only to barely graze bone while straddeling my distal phalanx like a vice
found the handy claw from an adjacent framing hammer to pry my thumbnail from the crate
then swiftly drizzled an entire bottle of hydrogen peroxide over the wound until empty
before eventually exhausting the local gauze and tape supply and household alcohol cabinets later

So Pink Floyd rolled around on the old ipod during this mornings hike. Uhg! Everything pre Dark Side of the Moon (1973) is pretty much just noise. It was designed to be listened to in a room with blacklights and blacklight posters while staring at a flicker candle in a stoned state. It isn't really music at all and is quasi nightmarish and jarring. As a freshman in college that stuff was great 😀 But once Darkside arrived so had Pink Floyd.

Dark Side of the Moon and beyond is magical.

I find Pink Floyd very boring now

not a criticism, i listened to a ton of Floyd back in the day but nothing new is revealed by listening to it now

I still actively learn stuff off From a Buick 6 tho
