2026 World Series of Poker May 26th - July 15th
Am I noticing a shuffle before the cut in the PPC stream?
Is this on PokerGo? I had a subscription to PokerGo, but am on a different computer and can't seem to logon. Do you need a subscription to see it?
The last few years, they were showing about 20 hours of PPC and some other non-NLHE games. I was watching pretty much everything not NLHE, as well as some of the NLHE. Haven't had time this year, and then couldn't access it.
It's not on PokerGo. WSOP coverage is now exclusively from ESPN, with the near-live streams on the wsop youtube page.
Just watched the PPC, shocking that there was only 4 hours of content available for the whole tournament
The next 3 days of coverage are all the ladies event? WTF?
Big names as usual in the 10K 2-7TD. 11 left, Todd Brunson 1st, with Nick Shulman and Billy Baxter.
I'm strongly in the camp that they're broadcasting way too much NLH, but broadcasting the ladies' event is definitely warranted.
Is there a way to find what they telecasted? Before you could see on Pokergo. Particularly what events not NLHE or PLO high did they broadcast so I can look for them?

On their youtube page, under the "Live" tab, you can replay all the prior broadcasts. But spoiler alert, they've all be NLH with the exception of when they would show a hand or two from another event during a NLH broadcast.
$10k 2-7 would get at minimum 3x the viewers as the ladies event will. PPC got big views for 3 reasons: Big names, big buy-in, big prestige. Had nothing to do with "we want mixed games". If Dnegs, Ivey, or Hellmuth were at the FT of any tournament it would get 20k live viewers

The $10K NL SD 2-7 would have bigger names and get more views than the $10K limit TD 2-7. They used to always show that.

Nick Schulman headed towards bracelet #9 in 10k triple draw 2-7
somebody please tell me where to go to get the tourney results. Google is my enemy. tia
That is correct, to be fair though there’s not much on today. I’m biased and would love to see the 2-7 TDL but sometimes that’s a bad coverage as graphics on what they have or discarding can get messed up. And you need good commentary such as Vitch and/or Livingston
But they have the tag team final and why can’t they show Day 1 of 10K PLO
Dropped 11k live viewers from nightly average live streams but uses the excuse "we're growing the game". I would think that showing the mix games would actually get more people into other poker games that already play nah and plo regularly.
The worst was when they pulled the PPC tables into streaming area on Day 4 but didn’t show any hands. And when they do that you can’t even get the PokerNews live reporting anymore.
It’s on a 2.5 hour delay but they still take a one hour dinner break when players do.
The three episodes of PPC last year on CBSSN was the best televised poker Ive ever seen other than the 2003 ME.
Is the one of the chip leaders in the ladies event a trans woman? Seems a great way for men to get in, just put a wig on ?
I didn't watch much of the coverage but according to Grok it's the chip leader with first name starting with A.
As far as the rule it says: WSOP policy relies on self-ID + female documentation for the discounted entry. This is the standard workaround for these "ladies" events — they can't fully gatekeep by birth sex.

Ok I'm caught up now. Was this person a crusher when they only identified as their birth gender, i.e. male?
No I don't think men are inherently better at poker like they are at say basketball, due to physical advantages, but there are broad general differences and potential advantages as well. I've played with many aggressive female players but it's also true that men are more aggressive naturally, and aggression pays.
However anyone feels about this, many men would love to face a field of women.
