Buying into Live Poker Cash in UK (London etc.)

Hi it's been many years since I've played in live cash games in the UK but I'm planning on making a comeback. Can anyone who plays cash games in UK casinos tell me if they still buy chips with proper cash money or is it mostly off your debit card nowadays? Thanks.
