Can you explain how you play this?
Looking back TT-QQ is quite obvious and probably these will never fold.
So is it instead a check-call for small bets like 33% pot or check-fold for bigger bets? Would that be more reasonable?

A lot really depends on stack sizes so will need to know them.
the 4bet size is too big, should be around 2.2x at 100b deep, raising so big effects rest of hand and makes the hand much easier for your opponent to play.
