English Football Season 2025-2026. Here we go again.
Welcome 2+2 to the English football season of 2025-2026.
This year I am going to make the thread officially for all of E
Netherlands looking good against Algeria early on. I say this is the year.
Overall I agree. But I do wonder what may happen with European football and the amount of loss they’ve had.
I also have next to no clue how good the teams coming up are. I don’t think Bournemouth are prime candidates to go down, but I do wonder if playing in Europe will stretch them to levels that they haven’t dealt with.
All those years we made fun of Everton et al for fielding **** teams in Europa League to focus on qualifying for the next Europa League, seeing how deep some teams quickly fall, were they right all along?
So finally sleazy Sullivans past catches up with him.
Might as well hand us the trophy now, played like 1970 Brazil in that 1st half
Flag in the crowd from the suburb of Cov five minutes walk where I used to live
Eriksen collapsed on pitch again, thankfully seems OK
Has to retire now surely
All this stuff was out there in plain sight, it's amazing that it has taken so long for a news story to break. I'm excited to see Karren's carefully worded denial about how she didn't know nuffink, despite having been surgically attached to him for decades.
I hope he spends his remaining shitty years in misery.
Its coming home?
Daniel Kretinsky, owner of Royal Mail, will increase his shareholding in West Ham United from 27 to 43% and becomes the club's biggest shareholder
so is this better or worse or makes no difference, hoopie?
Has to be better. How much better remains to be seen.
Normally we need to wait until August before we sell our forward with the highest ceiling. At least we're getting our business in early
Somebody please explain Elliot Anderson to me. I haven't watched enough Forest to form an opinion but he just became the most expensive British player in history?
What am I missing? £116 million??? More expensive than Declan Rice........
Solid midfielder, good tackler, doesn’t get up and down much and doesn’t do as much for the attack as ball carrying Rice or sharp passing Wharton. Way overpriced even in today’s market but I guess they needed someone young to take over from Rodri and that’s the closest they could get.
115FC claiming there are no add ons stinks. Probably closer to £130M.

Thanks, this is what I assumed too. This market is just stupid.
