What's the way of winning in all in or fold?

I'm playing All-in or Fold, which is newly featured on basepoker, but winning is too hard.
Actually saw this game mode on a stream, but it's not like what you watch 😀
Taking risk pays off, but im a low-stakes player, all-in or fold seems like a kind of big stuff for me.
