To dragonrider, lol bud. I follow that exact rule (only keep minimum balance on poker sites as a US player), i'm just not going to deposit money into Coin Poker where it literally has in it's TOS USA can't play.

It kinda sucks, all the 5 and 6-card PLO action is there. But I am now forced to use SB or ACR or Ignition. Oh well.

If you wanna take that chance go ahead lol. Im too risk averse these days

Keeping the minimum one needs should be their policy on every site they play regardless of reputation or Ts & Cs. Set a limit you need and one where you cashout.

still not seeing the relevance. why do you care about losing a few buyins and missing out on all the upside in the meantime. im literally cashing out almost every single day on coin, guys are playing 25k buyins on airplanes over starlink. its that simple

Looking to get back in to online from Aus and seems Coinpoker is legit but I'm running in to a problem.

Coinpoker.com comes up with an ACMA block, I'm seeing a few other URLs that have coinpoker in the name and look legit but wanting to make sure I'm getting the legit download and client if I go to one of the country-specific URLs so if anyone can confirm something like coinpokeraustralia.com is legit I'd be grateful.

How many hands do you have this winning rate And what is your betting limit

sorry was AFK last few days.

100, 200 like 50/50, then maybe 2k hands of 500nl

This site is one of the best spots online right now. The regs here aren't real regs. like random no names ive never seen before sitting the lobby that play like regs for maybe 40 or 50 hands before they start punting hard EV blunders.

The rakes are huge yea but the RB seems to be megatron like 80% or someshit. its nuts. then people playing the splashpots so ridiculously bad, have seen mulitple people just open folding in them.

Considering the 352 hours played and having 39,7k hands, thats only 112 hands/hour (unless they track is wrongly)
Is that testament for very few tables running at 100nl & 200nl combined or just personal preference / table selecting hard?

the traffic is healthy most of the time and ill play anyone that sits. If I got a better game elsewhere ill quit the stronger guys.

is this from 6 max NL?

Regarding players in the U.S.,

I emailed them to tell them about someone in this thread mentioning their concerns regarding their TOS/restrictions on playing from the U.S. and if this meant that I could no longer play/keep my account.

I received an email confirming that players in the U.S. are no longer allowed to play and that my account would be closed. They stated if something changed regarding my eligibility in the future, I should reach out to them to discuss options.

Do with this information what you want, but as some have already stated, don’t keep more on there than you need, but also maybe consider a scenario where you hit a big score playing MTT’s and end up facing problems then if playing from the U.S.

interesting. did the old coin poker have the same TOS restricting US players or is this something new?

it's new and the rep here has been avoiding any questions about it... it's trivially easy to geo block and yet they hide it in their terms with 0 update? shady

Want an issue before and pretty recently, as in weeks, you even had YouTubers like Mariano promote them.

Why not post the email ?

Perhaps I’m mistaken, but it’s not just the coinpoker representative who is glossing over this topic, even the majority of players don’t seem interested in the matter.

Because most assume as I do that it’s there to cover their ass legally.

They could easily prevent players from wherever from playing, but they don’t.

Just don’t send them an email, lol.

ANY site can take your money and ain’t nothing you can do about it.

Kinda bad for buiness tho.

seems obv to me, they TOS it to cover they ass but then dgaf in reality.

Like how party/chico let russians VPN

They do give a F:

Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Yes, that was your only option since you’re no longer eligible to play in the United States.

If anything changes in the future regarding your eligibility, please feel free to message us back, and we’ll be happy to review your options with you.

Yes it is a mirror site CoinPoker set up for Australia. There's also a coinpokerbrazil.com, coinpokeritaly.com and a few others for certain locations.

that last withdraw took almost 3.5 hours. today used polygon usdc instead, 0 fees and only 1 minute to come through.

also lol at all the mouthbreathers emailing the site about tos wrt to usa

by TooAbsurd

@Coin_poker

Why are USDT withdrawals charged 5usdt

Use the Polygon network option when withdrawing USDT, that one is free

The fees are to cover gas fees and Fireblocks fees, but we offer one completely free withdrawal option, or two counting USDC on Polygon as well that's also free

new account with 1 post is not helping in case you're telling the truth

This is real, and it has had a widespread impact across the community. Not every poker player uses 2+2 — and it is completely normal for people to register a new account just to report something like this.
You don't need to rush to judgment, especially when people are facing significant financial losses.

Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to operate in Italy, where .com sites have been banned since ages? Even before the US Black Friday.

I’m posting this because I’m trying to get CoinPoker to respond about my account and give me some kind of timeline.

My username is Be4vis. On June 1, I won the “₮15 6-Max Prime” tournament. The transaction shows the tournament winnings at 01 Jun, 2:52 PM. I finished 1st out of 198 entries. The prize pool was ₮2.5K. My winnings were ₮648.57, and my balance after the win was ₮653.88. The tournament reference number shown is 16502851780336708410389.

A few minutes later, at 2:59 PM, I tried to withdraw ₮653.88. The withdrawal was rejected. The message in the client said, “Due to a temporary error, the withdrawal couldn't be processed. Your money is safe and will be refunded shortly.” The withdrawal reference number is 1131650285178035114918281.

After that, my account was locked.

Support told me Security had emailed me, but I never received that email. I checked my inbox, spam, junk, trash, and recent email history. Security later said my Be4vis account was linked to an older account called hedgehog18.

I replied in the Security thread like they asked. I explained that hedgehog18 was my old account, that I believed it had been closed or was inactive, and that I cannot log in to it. Be4vis is the only CoinPoker account I currently use or can access. I also told them I am willing to verify my identity and close or deactivate the old account if that is what they need.

I also submitted the identity documents they asked for. Since then, I have not received confirmation that the documents were reviewed. I have not received a timeline. I have not been told what the next step is.

What bothers me is that CoinPoker accepted several hundred dollars in deposits into the Be4vis account from May 26 through June 1, including both crypto and fiat deposits. The account was allowed to deposit and play. The restriction only happened after I won the tournament and tried to withdraw.

I am not asking CoinPoker to discuss private account details publicly. I just want someone there to confirm they received my response and ID documents, confirm that my deposits, balance, and winnings are preserved while this is reviewed, and tell me what the timeline is.

I have screenshots of the tournament win, the rejected withdrawal, the reference numbers, the deposit history, the Security email about Be4vis and hedgehog18, and proof that I submitted identity documents. I will redact personal information before sharing anything publicly.
