Madhouse Poker Room (PLO Professor and DonkfishPoker) owes me and my horses nearly 9k and refuse to pay (with screenshots)

A few months back, I joined the Madhouse Poker Club on PP Poker. The club is very soft, it’s full of whales and recreational mixed-game players, making it extremely easy to be profitable. After playing for several weeks, the guys running the club told me I needed to bring in other players or they’d ban me for playing too well and taking too much money out. They wanted to protect their fish and keep the games soft.

I couldn’t find anyone to bring in, so I eventually left the club on my own. Then I decided to recruit a couple of my friends to play as horses. I staked them so we could still get volume out of the club before they got banned too. The games are so soft that anyone with basic mixed-game knowledge should at least break even or be profitable with a decent bankroll.

I brought one friend in first. He crushed it for a few weeks, but then they hit him with the same ultimatum: bring players or get suspended. So I had my second friend come in as a referral. Importantly, at no point did either of them play at the same table together. They didn’t collude, they didn’t need to. The games are soft enough that they could each beat it independently. They played on different shifts. There was only one session where they briefly overlapped at a table for maybe five or ten minutes near the end of the session, over the course of several weeks.

There’s effectively no way to use solvers in the mixed games they play, because as far as I know solvers don't even exist for games like PLO6 double board. There was no cheating, no collusion, nothing unethical. The only thing you could maybe criticize is that I didn’t tell the club these were my horses after I’d been banned myself. But there are no rules in the club against staking players or requiring disclosure of backers.

Both horses were winning, and after they were told they’d be paid out, they woke up one day to find their accounts banned, their balances withdrawn, and roughly $9, 000 total taken from them. They’ve both been completely stonewalled; there's been no communication, no evidence provided. When I reached out, I was just told they were cheating and the money was being kept. No proof was ever given.

I even contacted PP Poker corporate, and they basically just said they believe Madhouse has a lot of integrity. From what I understand, PP Poker’s security team is the one who told Madhouse my horses were cheating, but that makes no sense since they barely played together.

I’m posting this in good faith. If there’s conclusive evidence my players were cheating, I’m willing to accept it. But so far, zero evidence has been provided, just vague claims that “they know how they were cheating.” I know for a fact they weren’t using solvers, they weren’t bots, and they weren’t colluding.

I just want to be paid what we won fairly. If this doesn’t get resolved, I’m prepared to escalate because this kind of behavior—taking players’ money without evidence or due process—should have consequences, even in underground clubs.

I am omitting a couple of sections that are unrelated to them owing me money, and I am editing out some of the pieces of the conversation because there are some sensitive details about my horses that I don't want to reveal without their permission.
