(400nl) AK 4bet pot oop 150bb deep, line check

villian is playing 23/22/13 with a 17 3bet on the button, i have seen him use the sizing of 3bet with AQ, mains reads are that he had been folding to a load of 3bets, he hasnt generally got out of line against me but will view as v aggro at least pre flop.

River: ($481.46) 4 (2 players)

comments on all streets appreciated, how is my sizing on all streets? should i be making it bigger, my reason for making it smaller is i think i def get called by worse and can still the money in by the river. Considering it is very hard for me to be bluffing is it better on the turn to c/c and c/c the river and expect him to turn a made hand into a bluff. Mainly worse two pairs as i expect QQs to 5bet more than flat which only really leaves jjs.

river kind of sucks as it is kinda hard to get called by worse but i just think he has a lot of worse 2 pair hands,, i could c/c as i good player should be shipping nearly all his range here? or if i check is it to c/f? river is prob pretty spewy. sorry if this is bit of a mess lol
