Banned for no reason by CoinPoker

I am writing to kindly follow up on the status of my account review (Username: Daniel369369 ). I previously reached out regarding the banned on my account and told me is under review and no reason replying from email site and to now already 3+ days passed.
I fully understand that your security team must conduct thorough investigations to ensure the safety of the platform. However, as this account holds my primary bankroll for my professional start, I am feeling quite anxious about the uncertainty.
Could you please provide a brief update on the progress of my case? Additionally, if possible, I would greatly appreciate an estimated timeline for when I might expect a resolution or further instructions. Knowing a rough time frame would significantly help me manage my professional planning and financial commitments during this transition.
If there is any further information or documentation you require from my side to speed up the process, please let me know, and I will provide it immediately.

Exactly. If I were a 'cheat' and they had the evidence to back it up, I wouldn’t be here making a scene and risking even more exposure. I'd be gone. I’m making this a public issue precisely because they’ve seized my funds without providing a single reason. If they are so sure, they should have no problem disclosing the 'why' instead of hiding behind vague terms.

When you know you played fair but still get banned, and the support team just ghosts your appeals without any explanation, you realize it's not a joke anymore.
Yes i mean its not that i say you are for sure guilty of any wrongdoing but that statement is still hilarious since u kind of try to buy urself credit and i saw this already multiple times in the past by posters who were indeed guilty. The good old "Trust me bro i wouldnt be here making a scene if guilty!"

We had the same situation and were banned as RTAs, but I am certain that I did not cheat. After collecting thirty ban cases in the community, we filed a collective appeal and it was resolved.
CoinPoker support is notoriously slow to respond, 3+ days with no reply is unfortunately pretty standard for them from what I've seen. Had a withdrawal hold on there last year that took 11 days before anyone even acknowledged the ticket. Best move is probably to post publicly on their official Discord or Telegram if you haven't already since they seem to prioritize those over email. Hope your funds get sorted fast.

Hi there, I had originally given up, but seeing your case has given me a glimmer of hope. I wanted to ask how exactly did you manage to resolve this?
The security team has completely ghosted my emails, and none of the communication channels I tried seem willing to handle my case. I am just a low-stakes MTT player who is trying to learn and grind the game. To be honest, if I were actually using third-party software or RTA, the small profits I make wouldn't even cover the subscription costs of those tools. It makes absolutely no economic sense for me to cheat.
Could you please share how you did it and guide me on the next steps? Attached is the proof of my grind on GGPoker to show that I am a legitimate, high-volume player from this year. Thank you so much for your help!
