KhJh oop 3bet dry flop
1/2. Rake/promo/tip is 6+3+2.
V (35/4/0) is a calling station. He called once with TT. He raised too pre little with JJ. Postflop he calls with both bad hands and good ones.
V opens 10. Hero raises 40 in bb with KhJh. V calls.
Flop (71): Tc5s3h.
Hero?

Really don’t like the 3bet pre if you are assigning him a 4% opening range. Hate to say it, but you should probably fold pre to the 5x sizing from this player. Don’t hate a call either.
As played, cbet or check both seem fine. If you cbet, you are going to have to bluff later streets too to get him off Ace-high floats. If you aren’t comfortable with that, check is better.
I don’t do much raising out of the big blind, but I would call in this case and just accept I’m playing defense. I would check the flop to the raiser, and not feel very committed.
As played, I would also check the flop
We might not be ahead, and we know he’ll call, let’s see if he’ll bet.
Error in the OP. Sorry. V's VPIP/RFI/3bet is 35/11/0. He called an open raise in position with TT.
Sorry, I messed up the read. I'm going to repost.
Mods: can you lock?

It’s still a tight range to be 3betting OOP versus. Does he have many hands that he is going to fold pre-flop after opening? If he opens AJo pre and will fold it to a 3bet, I could get behind the raise. Otherwise, I prefer call or fold.
Would you ever 3bet KJs here? Against what kind of player? KJs in the SB?
Yeah I would 3bet it against a wider, weaker range (vs. LP open from aggressive player; vs. small open from player with sizing tells; etc). More likely to 3bet from SB vs BB to force the BB out of the pot. Would also be more likely to 3bet in a squeeze spot to take advantage of the dead money.
I don’t think it’s ever necessary to 3bet this hand though. You can call or fold. If you aren’t comfortable playing marginal spots OOP in a 3bet pot, you should not 3bet this hand.
As played, I cbet and usually barrel this flop, representing TT-AA.
