Rice claims he offered to call the floor and the player declined. Thus according to the rubric, player gave up his right to complain further; however Rice states player kept muttering under his breath about the situation even after winning the pot in question.

After reviewing the Frontier website, it shows that Frontier has convoluted flights wherein most direct flights are sold out and flights are routed for overnight in Denver airport thereby mandating that Nomadic travelers get the Capital One Venture card for free showers and food at Denver airport. Wherein a normal flight directly which could take one to four hours now takes at least 24 hours via Frontier using the Denver connection and extended 12 hour layovers which is common on Frontier.
