I think Hobby - Career is the clue. Unsure what the spectrum is though.
This seems like a clue where we're just supposed to ignore the left side of the spectrum entirely and treat 11+ as job - career. It's kinda not even a job either tho lol.
I wanna say about 12? Could even be 11, but it's never less than that so wouldn't really wanna guess that low.

Does overturning it make it way more rare, so more hobbylike, or on the flipside, way more gross, so much less likely someone would do as a hobby than as a career and paid to do it.

It is something that people make careers out of or small businesses from, but not a hobby
Overturned was just bc when not overturned you just hook a hose up and drain it like draining an rv, but the bad part is when they get overturned so are a huge nasty mess.
I stayed away from stuff like Chernobyl cleanup and dangerous jobs bc you may think it’s a short career due to death
