Party Poker - What has happened to this site?!

So back in the day, PP was at the top of it’s game, plenty of player base, great games, obviously visually wasn’t the best but had it’s unique charm to it

However, I came back after a very long exclusion period where I had to fight to get my account opened (I think about 2 years ago maybe little less) and the client is in what of a better word “poor”

Some points of which i find annoying:-

1. Mobile App: the design is basic and has major functionality problems such as when you try to find tournaments and the lag to refresh the list once filtered is terrible. Also your tournament tickets where within the app you cannot expand to select upcoming tournaments so have to manually search them, this is only for mobile iOS, Im not sure if the app on iPad is the same. Also what I found is that it’s limited to basic themes for table and card types etc, you can’t even have custom avatar in which pc client you can have which is little annoying!

2. The lack of fast forward player base: so at times of the day and night you can barely see handful of players playing any micro cash and no one on mid to high stake games. The Fact you got its equivalent on sites like GG and PS im not so sure as to why it lacks traction. Normal cash games is fine of course but even those at certain times of the day and night you be lucky to be able to multi table for long sessions. I mean is it prioritising Tournament play there perhaps? Not sure to be honest

3. Casino and Sport incorporated within the mobile app: i recall long while back when they introduced casino based play and sport book play within the client and I know on pc client you can toggle them to not show but on mobile it appears you cannot do that. Find that very annoying and too tempting if you a fan of slots like I am, can imagine others who are wanting to play poker but can’t help but have a flutter and get too endorsed and neglect the main focus imo which is playing poker!

These are but a few points but I find that partypoker has been somewhat diluted over time where the feel you would once get is gone forever, I mean even the smallest thing like the change in logo, I find it so basic and laughable, it’s like having a tattoo in times new Roman I mean so plain and basic!

What do you all think of PP and its mobile client or even its main client for PC?
