h2n4 HUD working inconsistently with Pokerstars on Fanduel (ipoker skin)
Sometimes the HUD appears, usually it does not. H2N4 always successfully imports the hands, how can I fix this?

Hello, please ensure that all programs are running with administrator privileges and that all relevant folders have been added to your antivirus, and Windows Defender exclusions and Smart App Control is disabled. Please check whether all the updates are installed, including special updates for poker rooms.

Hey, thanks for clarifying for me that it's iPoker, I never would've found it anywhere had I not read this post lol... came here to complain that the latest PokerStars update is no longer identifying as PokerStars, where are my stats going? lol
So... since this will be PokerStars in the US going forward... is there still an international PokerStars, or can this be called "PokerStars" or "FanDuel" from now on? If there's some way to differentiate it from the others.
I am not having any problems with HUD coming up, although I did have to completely reinstall H2N just to get it to start, since it's been apparently 8 months since I last started it on this PC. . . . so apparently there's something that prevents versions that old from starting, which is pretty messed up.
Also, not sure if the stats are inaccurate, or if I need to pay more attention, because damn near everyone has 60%+ VPIP and 0% PFR and 0% FT3 lol
Also, is there a place somewhere to configure specifically where the import folder for each site is? Or is there just the global "Import Folders" thing?
Hello, you should configure the auto-import for iPoker network rooms. Could you please do the following?
1. Make sure that the room is running in English.
2. Right click on the Ipoker room icon and select - Open File Location.
3. Next, open the Data folder -> the folder with Your Nickname -> History

4. Copy this path and add it to Hand2Note auto-import settings: Configuration - Auto Import -> Add auto import folder...

The full hand history path can be different depending on your poker room, usually as follows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ipoker client\data\YourNickname\History or so C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Ipoker client\data\YourNickname\History

If you still have an old database, you need to create a new one for the program to work correctly. This is required because an update was released in November after which this step became necessary.

yeah, did not have to create a new database. did have to reinstall the program completely. The old database works fine.
If you're not familiar with how to properly upgrade a database, Why in the Hell am I paying this much money to use your software? Do you not know how to program a database migration? Are you serious?
Also, even if I had required a new database -- which I did not -- I wouldn't have been able to see that update message because I couldn't run the software until after I ran a new installer.
Obnoxious that after 6 months of not playing, the previous version would no longer start, and I had to go and download a new installer, and install a new version, then uninstall the old one, to get it to run.
If there's some way to signify that "PokerStars on FanDuel" can be called "PokerStars on FanDuel" or "FanDuel" or "PokerStars (US)" now, that'd be helpful for new people, because it's most definitely not obvious that it's "iPoker".
Otherwise, it works fine.
Overall, the configuration menu for this program is a complete freaking mess, though, and very very very desperately needs someone with a background in UI design to look over it, because this program is SERIOUSLY difficult to reason out how to operate. . . . . which is very much obvious from how many posts you have to make with red arrows pointing people to every step on how to do things that should be either obvious or completely automated.
I really really don't see myself continuing to pay for this mess, ESPECIALLY after a support message that is so clearly wrong, doesn't really address the issue, and indicates engineering not knowing incredibly basic database concepts that would be absolutely required minimal knowledge for ANY database using system, let alone something that is as absolutely intensive as a hand history collector.
