GGPoker permanently banned for reporting suspicious play & collusion

My account has been permanently banned by GGPoker. All my balances have been ‘refunded’ and my 9 million gems saved are lost.

This is due to me reporting suspicious play and players colluding. I have evidence of it and have had several email exchanges with GG support.

They have made it clear on a few occasions that they don’t want to investigate these reports and have blocked my account twice in the past citing ‘concerns for my health’.

I have over 10 million hands on Gg.

Advice to you would be don’t report players and cash in your gems regularly!
