You are asking about the river while you spazzed already preflop. Turn is interesting also, they might overfold vs a small bet here and you have a good hand to do so I believe.
Do you have stats on the villain? whats his pfr? whats his fold to 3bet?
in a vacuum, i wouldnt 3bet oop with A9, calling pre is even worse, so next time. without any stats, fold pre A9 oop in 2NL.
as played, bet less on the flop, 50% is better, more than that - its wasting BB.
after he called this very dry flop - give up
