I’m gonna withhold my judgement. Sometimes you have to wreck things in order to rebuild better. I realize this has been a chaotic ride but in the end the US looks to come out of this better than ever. I get this is not what we are used to regarding a presidents behavior. . I do think he is a strong leader and other nations fear him. I think he is funny. I think he can be cringe. I’m cautiously optimistic about the future.
I totally get why you people hate Trump. All the temper tantrums though are way over the top. It just makes me support him more. I like him because he is America first. If I was anti American and a life long victim I too would hate him. I would be able to handle my emotions better.

Who besides SRM do you believe is throwing temper tantrums? Also, isn't this a weird charge to level at others at the same time you are defending Trump? Trump regularly posts on social media in a way that is far more juvenile, intemperate, and emotional than almost anyone here, which is quite remarkable when you consider that he is the president.
Lastly, Trump has been president for more than five years, and has been a major political figure for more than a decade. At what point do you expect to accumulate enough evidence to pass judgment on whether he is a good president?

In any case, I wouldn't say that I am overly emotional about Trump either. Trump is the most unfit, narcissistic, amoral president of my lifetime, but I can levy that assessment dispassionately. And that assessment is so obvious to me that I don't spend much time thinking about it.
A person's emotions are obviously their own, but it is not like it is wrong to be angry at a vile, hateful social media junkie who has nothing but disdain for two thirds of the country he is elected to serve.
Trump also has the loudest media and social media bullhorn in history, and he uses it to communicate angry loudmouthed gibberish every waking moment of his day. That is not easy to ignore in the modern age, you get it served indirectly pretty much regardless of whether you want to or not. And it isn't like he is a random drunk at the bar angrily ranting that can always be ignored; he does hold an absurd amount of unchecked power. So unfortunately his gibberish is often important, and I lament the amount of time expended by actual clever people on his antics.
