River Allin or call
£1/£1
MP opens £4 (£250)
Hero calls 66 HJ (£500)
CO calls
BTN calls (£400)
BB calls
Flop Qh6d2s (£21)
MP £9
Hero calls
BTN calls
With this being such a dry board I don't mind calling and seeing a turn card.
Turn 3d (£48)
Hero £20
BTN calls
Looking back I think I should have bet turn larger.. To get called from FD and Qx...
River Ks (£88)
Hero £25
BTN £75
Hero ??
OTR I bet small here as I think I am trying to get called from Qx and the K is not the best card... When opponent raised I am not folding here but should this be a standard Allin ?

Not following the action - what happened to MP - disappeared on the turn
Don’t know why you would donk the turn?
I think you should bet whatever you think villain will call. If he’s calling, let’s jam, I don’t think we’re beat.
Flop: I rarely slow play anything, especially if the spr is 12, but as you said the board is incredibly dry so I guess it’s ok
Turn: you’ve already covered why this needs to be larger
River: Think we can still go bigger here when targeting a Q, what Kx should you have, you weren’t pfr. Yes I’m jamming, V has KQ/22 that will call, if V has 54 oh well
OP: What happened to CO, MP, BB? Please include action of all participants in each round in future posts.
Turn should be bigger assuming MP checked.
River should be bigger.
As played: Jam - Button unlikley to have QQ or KK here given he's capped. No flushes, straights, or better sets. His river raise smells like top 2, perhaps wider against such a small bet.
EDIT: Oops missed 45, think I still jam.
I think we can get called by a hand like KQ or AKdd and hands like 54 or a bigger set probably raise turn frequently with the FD out there. So I'm getting it in OTR absent some read that V is supernit who would only raise with the stone nuts. I think V folds a lot and is trying to bluff with some missed FDs. If he has value, KQ is most likely, maybe he was calling loose with K2dd and occasionally AKdd going for thin value. Hard to see KK/QQ playing this way for V. So I think V is probably pretty bluff heavy and capped. So expecting a fold a lot, but let's target those 2p hands.
Grunch:
PRE - seems fine.
FLOP - seems fine. I could see arguments for raising, but calling on this board with another player behind seems perfectly okay.
TURN - MP checks? Obviously bet. I'd go bigger, at least full pot, if not an over-bet. Definitely want to target all the inelastic hands in our opponents' ranges.
RIVER - I like your logic for betting smaller, but I think we could still go closer to full pot, when the BDFD bricks. I might bet $75-$100 here.
As played, I'm never folding. Just debating between flat calling and 3B'ing.
Hard to believe he gets here with 54, unless it's specifically 54dd. But I'd think even that hand raises turn at least half the time, and would raise bigger on the river if he didn't raise turn.
Yeah, I think I'd 3B here. Probably making it $225. Expecting him to sigh-call with KQ a lot.
Go bigger on turn and river, and you could get all the money in more easily.
