I did bring it up, but in fairness trump's comparison to judge doesn't fit as well as biden's comparison to a t-ball player in terms of being set up for success (the ball is stationary on a tee and the media refused to ask biden any/many difficult questions because he is Dem and went through a severe mental decline).

You might be surprised to learn that over half of my life has been spent researching Alzheimer's Disease. Trump has VERY obvious signs of dementia onset. He also has some pretty obvious signs of having had a stroke. Joe Biden has a speech impediment and is showing pretty normal signs of advanced age.

No matter how much or little Trump has deteriorated mentally, I continue to believe that mental deterioration is an inconsequential factor in what a terrible president he has been.
The main things that make Trump entirely unfit to be president were plainly visible and nearly as prominent thirty years ago as they are today.
At least dementia may limit someone's ability to carry out a well thought out harmful attack.

I cannot support that statement 100% but I for sure agree with the last part. Dementia can absolutely exacerbate sociopathology, in as much as neurodegnerative damage affects impulse control and empathy (etc.)
bvFTD (Behavioral Variant Frontotemporal Dementia) is absolutely associated with sociopathic behavior (though less common in Alzheimers). Alzheimer's can cause paranoia, delusions, and even hallucinations with can exacerbate these sociopathic behaviors.
