The old sound alert when you're about to run out of time was annoying. The new dinkdonk clown sound is much better.

i keep getting logged out. F@cking irritating.

For those with forced log out issues on pc, uninstall and reinstall. Fixed it for me. So far so good

I downloaded the client on day1. The deposit bonus glitched, but it seems they are fixing that. The forced logout is unreal. I have tried a new pc, both are windows 10. I have noticed if you don't click on the lobby and click things like searching for more tables it’s less likely to force logout. I can get about on average 20 minutes in before forced logout.

I will try to reinstall as suggested above. I have no issues on other sites mgm old pokerstars etc….

I finally got through the human verification and I set up all my preferences, but noticed PT4 doesn't recognize PS on my computer. My guess is PT4 needs to update the software to include the new client and I see no local hand history folder. I did find the cash game history tab where you can request a HH file, but it does not appear PT4 supports the new client yet for real time downloads.

I also gathered this new client eats up a lot of memory and resources. My old laptop lags like crazy even without playing. I can't imagine 6-12 tabling.

For those of you questioning the deposit match bonus, I received an email that mentioned a deposit match was credited for a deposit made on day 1 based on poker played in the following days. I would look at your transaction history to verify that actually occurred.

The forced logouts are making this unplayable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't help. I have no issues with my internet connection. The worst part is that it just mucks the hand when you are forced logged out, so even if I log back in right away my hands are all gone and I'm sitting out at every table. I've lost a bit of money already due to this. Wish they could at least implement a disconnect clock so you can resume the hands you are playing.

You're not the only one - I used one of the free tickets for Sunday Millions Satellite and got disconnected no less than 3 times - and I busted around stage 6-8 - so wasn't even in there that long.

Can't imagine trying to play cash games like this unless you have time to reconnect before your hand is mucked... Still being able to reconnect is not a long term solution.

I've been railing the games today (no deposit yet). Every 30 minutes, a stupid message pops up saying you have been logged on for 30, 60, 90, etc. minutes.

Does anyone know whether this message can be disabled?

Anyone figure out rewards yet? I’ve played a bunch of cash games and when I click in dynasty builder - grinder rewards section, the progress bar is 0/16.

Also my son said he was able to use Ipoker setup on Poker Tracker to see his play/stats but couldn’t get the HUD to work.

I did not get my $30 in spin and go and satellite tickets. I have contacted support 8 days in a row about it. Today I got an email that they've finally resolved the issue... But they lied, I still don't have them.. The software is garbage. The support is even worse.

I've played a couple of spins, but after seeing the payouts, I've decided to stop playing them altogether. There's too many missing features/bugs, and I'd like to see what the daily tournament schedule will look like. I'm going to wait for a couple of mobile/desktop updates before I make a deposit.

Deposited today - opted into the deposit bonus promo, but cannot see a way to track it in the client. On the old PokerStars client, it would show a progress bar in your rewards section. Can't find anything like that.

In addition, the "opt in" to the $1,000 deposit bonus reappeared after I deposited. Since I had heard others had issues with this, I screen-recorded my opt-in and deposit.

Did anyone else have an issue with this, and did it get resolved?

Mostly the Big 10,s and Big20,s... occasionally the Sunday Marathon
i created a PokerStars Fanduel Account and made a deposit
in the tournament page only " soft Launch" turbos listed for evening start times
I emailed FanDuel, who assured me that the Big 10,s are still available, and asked me to send a screenshot of the Tournament Page i was seeing which i did
no response as of yet

anyone else having the same issues?
and are those Big 10,s and Big20,s really available

as an aside i can play the cash games, but prefer Tourneys

and now i am having trouble withdrawing my funds from PS
we were informed that funds could be withdrawn up until June4, and if they weren,t withdrawn by then , cheques would be mailed out
last week i sent an email, inquiring about the ETA of the cheques
PS sent me an email explaining they had a change in policy, and no cheques would be mailed out
but again, funds could be taken out, until November
again i tried the withdrawal system without success
emailed them with my problem
its been 3 days and no reply
frustrating to say the least

So you can't 100% chop the prize pool? WTF is going on over there at FanDuel/PokerStars? Is there legit no one there without any online poker experience running the place? It can't be a regulatory thing because the other regulated sites do ICM chops.

Just wait til the supposed launch of 8 game...split pots are 45-45 and you draw straws for the remainder
