I was thinking I should be able to steal this often. No one should be calling with a naked straight or a non-nut flush.
But this is low stakes PLO. Maybe it's optimistic to think people fold a naked straight (because it's still the nuts on one board) or a non-nut flush (because they have a "flush draw" on the other board too).
Also, I didn't think about what I'd do if BB jammed a big hand like a straight on top and a small flush or set on the bottom. I guess I should've just called the turn, then maybe bluff some rivers.
Pot 1095
River 1: Ac Js 2c Th 8c
River 2: Kc 9c 6s 7c 3c
BB shoves for 510
What does he have if I hold the Qc?
Does he ever have just the KQ straight that he turns into a bluff? (I break even on a call if he quarters me. But I quarter him sometimes with two pair on bottom and win a good pot.)
Or does he just always have two small flushes that he's excited about?

He can have a straight flush, or a flush and sees 7 more clubs.
Don’t bluff dbbp when there is at least 1 fish.

I edited the original post so a straight flush isn't possible. I don't remember there being a possible straight flush out there (I'm trying my best to recreate the hand).
I totally agree that he could just see seven clubs on the board, so he thinks any two clubs are the nuts.
But yes, I really thought I could get away with this one on the turn. It's an uphill battle bluffing fish though. (I don't know why I'm still trying to bluff fish at 1–2!)

Well we do have the perfect bluff hand and often get half or 1/4 when picked off. And we can shut down river since bluffing would be futile at that spr.
I just don’t see how this works often enough when two players have put in money.

People often signal their hand with their sizing in bomb pots. If BB had bet pot and CO still called, I probably wouldn't have tried this.
I played low stakes O8 & Big O cash games & tournaments in LA last week and the only person I saw folding non-nut anything was myself.
That said, if you ever were going to try it, that was the spot. I tried it in the tournament against a good player—nope.
Maybe HE thought he made a straight flush!
Is the river a trivial fold? I thought about calling for a long time.
