The first ghost town is called Pearce, Arizona. ELD visits the jail, post office, and cemetery.

The remaining ghost towns will be featured on future videos.

Taffy Channel Media continues her tour of Vegas and shows lizards and drug users standing in the middle of the road. She also features Orleans, Lowes, and Motel 6 content as well as Nomadic Encampments. Taffy states Las Vegas is safer than Phoenix possibly due to increased tax revenue from Casinos.

I've never thought of Pearce as a ghost town, but I've never actually been there, so what do I know.

More likely the reason is the cartels. Ever seen Sicario? Phoenix is the home base in the US for them. But similar to how Tucson was the murder capital of the US many years ago, it was because many in the Bonanno family "retired" there. Basically, if you didn't have business with, or tried to mess with, the mafia, they pretty much left you alone. It's probably similar with the cartels, but I don't live near Phoenix so I don't know for sure.
