President Donald Trump

President Donald Trump

I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?

So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at

Nah, the US is fire-walled against tyranny..

No.

How many billionaires in the US?

Looks like a little less than 1,000, compared to around 150 in Russia. That works out 1 billionaire per 24k millionaires in the US vs 1 billionaire per 3k millionaires in Russia. So about 8:1 difference.

The US is fire-walled against tyranny, but the firewall comprises elected representatives who are too scared to vote against him and the SC which he can just ignore.

the US is weapons testing on children for profit but dont call them a tyranny

This is probably the funniest shyt and inadvertently most awesome line I've read on this forum ever.

At least the communists who have been oppressed, persecuted, tortured and killed by the Iranian regime for some 40 years can rest easier (well, except the murdered ones) knowing that the official communist stance is that the regime acted on divine right.

well at least the children slaughtered can rest easy knowing that they died for Purim

This post is wild, especially following citizens being executed in the streets by agents of the government.

How many billionaires in the US? How much wealth do they own?

If government agents ever become as good at killing citizens as the citizens themselves already are at killing each other, we is in a heap of hurt!

What the **** are you even saying? Government agents shouldn't be "as good" at killing citizens as citizens are at killing each other. Why are you trying to downplay a government murdering its citizens at all?

I know you're just going to play coy and pretend it was some kind of terrible joke or whatever, but jfc dude. Think before you post. This **** isn't funny.

Concentration of power broadly speaking is problematic. Wealth is a source of power and there is truth to the idea having more millionaires and billionaires help with checks and balances.

But it’s not the only source of power. Religion for example is a major one.

Also things get problematic fast if said wealth translates easily to political and (in some places on earth still) military power. Hell, some get religious power out of money.

What’s Purim?

A fine take from Nolan Dalla https://www.facebook.com/nolan.dalla.7

This is nothing more than a TDS neurotic temper tantrum of a post. You people are puppets of the Iranians and don’t even know it. They love uneducated drivel like this. In the end more US soldiers die because of your hatred of Trump.

You say "TDS!" to attempt to stop critical thought from taking place. It's called a thought-terminating cliche.

Just thought you should know.

I don't think that I have ever seen a single example of an intelligent person accusing someone else of TDS.

In political discussion, accusing someone of having TDS is right up there with calling someone a cuck or a libtard in terms of revealing that the speaker is a complete idiot.

Iran are warriors of God fighting against the pedophilic cannibalistic Ameri-Israeli-Empire.

You believe in God? Which one?

This is something someone with TDS would say.

Without exception every single use of ‘TDS’ reveals the only person actually suffering ‘trump derangement syndrome’ is the trump supporter

Stupid people who can’t defend their stupidity and/or hypocrisy and/or blind devotion to Daddy just insist on using that as their slam dunk GOT EMMMM

For sure. But tyranny of the majority isn't the same species of tyranny we're talking about with oligarchies. And religion is just a type of ideology, just like political ideologies, which are baked into liberal democracies.

Hasn't Iran basically doubled their oil revenue since the invasion started? They should cut Trump a commission check.

Things will change drastically if the President decides to take Kharg. Any benefit Iran is experiencing now will be very short lived.

Many say Iran wants them to put troops on the island

Attendees at Conservative Political Action Conference express support and concerns amid rift over Trump’s action

“I counseled as loud as possible against doing this in the first place,” said Erik Prince, the former CEO of the Blackwater mercenary group, who predicted that if Trump orders an incursion, “you will see imagery of burning American warships in the next couple of weeks. And I don’t think people are really prepared for that.”

Seated on a plush white chair next to him was former Navy Seal Jason Redman, who told the audience: “The American people have to understand we can’t stop now that we’ve started. I have my first grandchild coming. I don’t want my grandchild to have to fight Iran in 20 years,” he said.

"TDS" is a thought-terminating cliche, which is a propaganda tool. Other examples are "fake news" or "democrat hoax" and "rigged elections."

Once the administration trained the monkeys on how to use these phrases, they are no longer open to processing new information. They simply learn which canned response allows them to comfortably continue life the way it has been before.

How would that play out? I guess the assumption is the regime will agree to open the Strait to get the island back. Fair enough... until they get the island back and close the Strait again.
