PRE
Folds to V1 in cutoff who raises to $14(wtf)
V2 Button calls
H AhKh 3-bets to $60
Both Vs call

IDK if it’s the best play, but I would pot the flop. Reasoning is we missed everything, so I’m bluffing the flop hoping to fold them right now. Keeping the story going and staying aggressive.
If villains are marginal (miss the flop 68%) they likely fold. Button and CO are positions many play with too wide a range. Most c-bets are bs (everyone knows this) but when you pot it, I think it gives pause (big bets = big hands) and many (with equity) get out of the way.
So many good things can happen if called, with a gutshot and where hitting top pair is likely good. If you hit, just keep betting. If you miss again, everything is about reading villain, but you don’t have to put anymore in the middle if they indicate you’re beat.
Lot of smart people on here, you may get better answers, and I look forward to other opinions, because playing AK is critical to being successful in this game. This approach (aggressive early streets, logical late streets) works for me. I’m jockeying around pre & on the flop, but get serious on the turn & river.
OP has two third of a pot sized bet left.
The "splashy maniacs who will go to the river if any part of the flop hits them" doesn't sound particularly promising, especially if you can't get Tx to fold. Look, you've got 10 outs against most hands (albeit a lot of AQ/KQ/AT/KT which you're in trouble against) and a shove guarantees you two cards, so with a smidgen of fold equity there probably isn't much other option.
You have to shove for 2/3 pot with the gutshot and overs. You won't take it down that often, but you are pot committed.
It isn't at all close. Would probably still shove if it was somewhat over pot. There are some situations to check/evaluate, bet/fold, check/give up, etc. with AK in a 3! pot 3-ways, but this isn't one of them.
If they are calling 3-bets like that, playing shallow, you should make huge expected profits with QQ+.
I guess I should add that
1. Flop was rainbow with one heart.
2. Players here will shove with 10s and up and AK. Will call with 99 - 22. Call with AQ and all broadway including Q10 and J10. Call with A suited and probably any two suited cards.
3. If H checks flop most players will shove and probably call. Any pair or any draw.
Just shove. You have equity and are pot committed.
With only $185 to start the hand, I probably would have just jammed.
If we were deeper, we could 3B to $70, but that pot commits us at our current stack depth, so I'd just jam.
I wouldn't get to the flop the way you did, but now that we're here, jam.
I think that jamming PF is our best option. We can get called by worse Ax (especially against players you describe as Maniacs) and get some pocket pairs to fold. We are rarely going to be in bad shape.
Now that we’ve gotten here with a 2/3 PTB left I think we should shove. We’re pot committed, have equity against anything and perhaps have a sliver of FE.

I shove
V1 folds
V2 calls with AQ
Poker gods reward me with a J on the river for a straight.
I didn’t know if I shoved for the right reasons. I knew if I checked or bet small the Vs would go all in, and if I shoved I would get to see both the turn and river.

You could also see both turn and river by calling a jam, FWIW.
I think jamming from up front is fine. I wouldn't hate on you for check-jamming, or betting small and calling a jam. The potential problem with checking or betting small is they may check back or just flat, and we'll just be guessing on a lot of turns.
Even against a set, we have 12 outs, so we have a ton of equity. We have a tad more against 2P. We have 15 vs AQ/KQ/AT. We have 17 vs QJ/JT.
