The two dudes that executed the nurse worked for ICE for 12 and 8 years. One worked in a CBP special operations that was similar to SWAT and has a degree in criminal justice. The dude that shot Good was former SWAT and with ICE for over ten years.
In that regard, these are ICE agents that are about the best you'd could expect in training/experience, yet their training never involved riot control, which would give training on how to deal with crowds that are not rioting - they are flying blind.
We had to worry less when they were abiding by the JCPOA and being monitored. Peace through not bombing schools and hospitals and creating enemies for decades to come.
Seems like international travelers will just show their passports since they have it handy anyway, but there will be static with US travelers. We'll see what their temperament is when they 100% know no one is armed but have to deal with already uptight travelers.
