Slept really bad and woke up at 1 am with a massive Vegas headache. Moved like a zombie to CVS to get some painkillers and chugged a large water and figured I was too tired for poker so why not drop $2k on craps instead?

Don’t think it’s possible to wire, tried to ask around if anyone wants to buy $$ for bank transfer or anything like that but no luck so far.

You probably could wire it with Western Union, but I imagine fees would be bad. There's also something to be said to leaving a chunk of it in USD to avoid forex on your next trip.
Maybe you could talk to a host at the casino you won it at, and see if they'll give you a "permanent" box. Like the Bellagio poker room prob has permanent boxes.
