Nomadic Duck reports from the Rio and states he has a very nomadic life and he is careful with his money.
Nomadic Duck states he received a comped night at the Rio and that the Rio is the ideal Nomadic hotel for those without tier status.

It's out of an abundance of caution. Can you imagine his outrage if he missed out on $12.71 worth of AdSense revenue from a single day of his all-important YouTube gig. Even though it's only a 0.01% chance of getting his video demonetized Rice is only too happy to sacrifice our viewing pleasure to ensure his financial stability.
This is not the reason. El Diesel will not risk having a video taken down primarily due to his OCD, fearing his precious daily video streak will be jeopardized. He seems to prioritize this more than anything else in his life, to the point he continues to take these garbage trips to film absolute garbage.
While he has filmed garbage periodically throughout his time on YT, it seems Caesars Palace management likely told him he is not to film in their casino or EDR. I believe he was also warned not to discuss players at his table, especially in the derogatory way he has spoken about his customers over the entire time he has dealt.
Since he cannot discuss work and is too cheap to play poker, and too embarrassed to film whatever the F he is living in, he is reduced to this, at least until the Orleans and or WSOP starts.

Before I'd spend money to fly somewhere random and wander around in circles like an idiot, I'd rather sit in a sportsbook and watch games all day. What does Diesel do for sleep on these trips? Just an hour nap on the plane? During normal waking hours I believe I'd rather take advantage of the free entertainment available in every casino. Then when it's sleepy time, just go to the nearest highway rest stop. People sleep overnight in those all the time. From there it's just a short step to "van life" even if it's an ordinary car.
"Van life" is something Casino Nomad should do. Hotels on weekdays, weekends in a minivan or suv. He could set up a camp bed in the back and be plenty comfortable.

The problem arises in Summer when it becomes too hot to sleep in Southern Nevada.
The Nomad would then have to go to Mount Charleston (assumming the roads have been fixed from the previous flood) or possibly take a Nomadic trip to SFO airport via the Frontier pass, to sleep in the airport then get some pocket bread prior to returning at 10 am Sunday.
It should be noted that the news just reported it is a perfect time to get pocket bread at SFO due to it utilizing private TSA security which is not understaffed.
A solution to the Weekend Nomad problem could be that Nomads should rent a Saturday night room at Super 8 on Las Vegas Boulevard (they can monorail or park at Sahara where their cars will be safer than the Super 8 parking lot then take the Deuce bus North to Super 8) and can even split the cost three ways among the three Nomads. Once each one has a total of 40 nights at the Super 8, this will confer Diamond tier via the Wyndham-CET tier match.

It also doesn’t fully apply to Pman given his volume. For it to be a fair comparison, you’d have to assume a consistent 40-hour poker grind week to week, which even many pros don’t sustain, often because performance drops or the games get worse outside peak times.

The cafe menu is quite extensive, and has liver and onions for $16.99. Rice would go nuts here. I've never actually seen a menu offer beef liver.
