you agree you need evidence to bring charges.
you agree he (trump in this case - but same for everyone else in the Epstein files) wasn't arrested and charged because there's not enough evidence.

I think Jeffrey did horrible things to underage girls and he was prosecuted for it. Ghislaine Maxwell facilitated these crimes and she was prosecuted for it.
No one else was, because
a) global pedo conspiracy, or
b) no sufficient evidence to charge others

In all likelihood there was sufficient evidence to charge others. But that wasn't the issue. We are talking about very rich men.
In the case of Trump one of the women came forward and said that when she was 13 (I think though it could have been 15) she was forced to have sex with Trump. And she went to file charges. Two or three days later she withdrew her charges. And has never spoken about it since. Trump has said that he never had any kind of sex with her and that nothing she said was true. But he said that about everyone else who has accused him of sexual abuse and we are talking about over 20 women. Including E Jean Carroll who won both of her lawsuits against Trump based on jury outcomes. My guess is that if that case had come to trial, Trump would have lost on the given evidence in the same way that he lost with E jean Carroll.
In all likelihood my guess is that Trump paid the woman significant money to withdraw the charges and never speak of it again. Likely a contract similar to the one that Stormy Daniels signed so that she would not disclose, before the 2016 election, that she had sex with Trump while he was married to Melania, who was pregnant at the time.

The puppet masters have to complete the part of the project that reduces elections to irrelevance before they can jettison Trump in favour of someone more predictable and less combustible (if less charismatic).

Yes, I think that's probably true. However, if he cant get SAVE through or rig the midterms in some way, Project 2025 might think, long term, he will work for decades to come as a martyr to rally the nazis around a figurehead, rather than a loser pedo crook ex-president in the near future.

The save act will hurt Republicans more than the Dems. The dems should rush to pass it .
I get the requirement of ID to vote but to prove citizenship. I saw a stat that said only 55 % of Americans have passports and I bet more Dems than republicans . How many folks know were their birth certificate is and another stat is more democrat women when they got married kept their name than Republicans . So may republican women without a passport but have a birth certificate the name will not match
I've wondered this same thing. But I have to think there's some sort of group of right wingers that has studied this extensively and aren't guessing who it hurts the most. I dunno.
