English Football Season 2025-2026. Here we go again.
Welcome 2+2 to the English football season of 2025-2026.
This year I am going to make the thread officially for all of E
Every game feeling like a final is likely not great for my cardiovascular health.

**** yeah!
And the kid gets his deserved goal. Love it.
Man this was mad
What a result. And Max, youngest ever PL scorer.
I trust West Ham can turn this around
I'll take it
Neither have another PL game until 11th April.
Arsenal go to Bournemouth, City to Chelsea, then its City vs Arsenal which they might need to win to still be realistic contenders.
Pickford has like all the attributes of a legendary, world class goalkeeper. But if only he didn’t have his little T-Rex arms.
I’m starting to get really emotional thinking about crossing the finish line. I might die of joy.
Rosenior complaining to pgmol because his players huddled around the referee is such a weird move
The guy seems like such a dweep

What was the complaint about even? If anything the ref should be complaining cause what the actual **** are they doing around him.
Also fully on that boom cycle.
Next we host Bmouth while City visits Chelsea. Then going to the Etihad introducing the haramest of haramballs football has ever seen.
The ball will be in play for 30minutes max
For all the money they’ve spent, City are dung. They seem to have failed to move with the times.

No joke, they said they wanted to respect the ball.
But the ref stands with the bill in the centre circle
And instead of doing the huddle on their own half (could even be with a different ball amidst them) they decided to be the weird bunch and do it around the ref.
It would be a real sight to see if both teams decided they wanted to "respect the ball" in the centre spot before kick off. Closest to a scrum we are ever gonna get.

Yeah and I'm fully onboard to watch some of the worst football terrorism we've ever seen. At this point I'd prefer that over 90 minutes of butt clenching.
it is quite funny that Rosenior appears to have made Chelsea worse, but, and it is a little too early to make this judgement, he does seem like an *absolute* bellend in what limited interviews I've heard / read from him.

This has now become meta for the whole of the Premier League and idk who to blame for it but I'm not mad I'm just disappointed.
Noose is truly tightening on Spurs if Forest get three points today.
Zero idea or knowledge really on what has changed or what’s been going on at United since Carrick took over, but you absolutely have to hand it to them.
How many goals can we concede from set pieces awarded for dives in one season
Pretty decent half by our standards. Within some slight luck of getting a point here. That won’t happen of course because we don’t get lucky but at least it’s nice that it’s technically possible.
You had a couple of decent chances towards the end there.
Yeah that’s a red on VvD wtf
Pulling from literally right behind is allowed now (against spurs)
