Yet you keep replying. So they say men can get pregnant, obviously not referring to natal biological men, but rather men as a gender. But you think saying “men can’t get pregnant” is referring to the same thing as what they are referring to?

I think it just reduces down to percentages. If 99% of people transitioned and adopted the respective pronouns, I doubt the dispute over whether men could get pregnant would even come up.
Also, if we were talking purely about political strategy, there is a good argument that Democrats need to spend more time talking about economic issues and less time talking about social issues.
They don't seem to want to, though. Economic issues don't interest them. They're wedded to quite strange and niche social issues which they regard as a totemic 'wedge' between the clean and the unclean, allowing them to taboo their opponents, and that appears to be all they care about. It's campus politics and unlikely to succeed in the country at large.

I do actually believe that in the future it will be possible for men to get pregnant. If so I wonder what the anti-trans cope will be.

When I was younger the trope was something like. Gay men aren't real men. So my guess is the same crowd will end up on the wrong side of history.... again.

I didn’t say it would happen naturally. I’m not aware of any biologist that would claim that it’s not possible for future technology to allow natal males to get pregnant. I do have some pretty compelling reasons to believe that it’s a biological possibility, namely it happens in other animals.
I was joking. I meant all I need to support that headline is to get two biologists to (loosely) discover that gender is self-referential.

i would posit that most people were aware of that stuff and voted for him anyway because the other side not only refuses to do anything about providing healthcare for americans (so you don't actually gain anything from electing them) but will happily say "we need to give it to illegal immigrants"
