Is the PT4 forum down? Says failed to connect to database
The download for the latest version doesn't appear to be working and my current version is not importing correctly/not responding.

The download links are working at this time so please try again. If you are having issues when importing then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.

PT4 is tracking more rake attributed than what ACR is claiming.Customer service (which to their credit, has been pretty dang exceptional) is stating that hands that do not reach showdown do not contribute to rake, but all of my research seems to suggest if a flop and beyond is seen, then rake is taken. Hands that reach the flop are raked whether they get to showdown or not. The amount raked is specified in the hand history files provided by ACR. You can check this for yourself by opening your ACR hand history files with a text editor such as Notepad. Also if you are querying rakeback/bonuses with ACR then attributed rake is not going to be the basis of that. Bonuses/rakeback are normally calculated on contributed rake.

There isn't an option for that but for rakeback you can use a custom statistic and these are available for download in our Custom Stat Warehouse. To import statistics into PokerTracker 4 either use 'File -> Import Statistic' or go to 'Configure -> Statistics' and click the 'Options' button. I have been adamantly told by someone on Discord that I shouldn’t need to be paying for annual maintenance services due to a thread that you made in 2022 indicating that due to a grandfather clause from my account being from June 2009, that I should get lifetime access.
From reading the site though, it does look like formally no such exception does exist and that I do have to pay the $80 annually (with a year free at some point). The article has a 2026 copyright.
Could you please clarify on this? I don’t mind paying as your product is very good but the enquirer is very adamant that I’m being ripped off.

PokerTracker 4 was not available in 2009 and this does not have anything to do with accounts. It's based on when a PokerTracker 4 license was purchased or upgraded. PokerTracker 4 moved to a recurring billing model with annual Support & Maintenance on 11th July 2022 so a PokerTracker 4 license purchased prior to that date would not be on that billing model unless it has been upgraded since:

I created ticket, but noone answer yet.
I upgrade to 4.18.16 with sql 12 then got problem.
After this i uninstall all, then instal sql15.
But still import so slow, and the database with same amount is bigger x3.
So i want download link previous version which work great with sql12.

You will not be able to use PokerTracker v4.18.19 if your Annual Support & Maintenance plan expired before that version was released. You can revert to PokerTracker v4.18.12 via the link in your screenshot however this new format of GGPoker hands will not import there. You can continue using v4.18.12 forever at no additional cost however to access newer versions you'll need to renew your Support & Maintenance plan.

I have the no limit and omaha full version. I dont play omaha anymore so i am interested for the upgrades in no limit only. To get the upgrades for all the stakes for no limit only is 44.99$ or i am misunderstanding something?

I have several questions regarding your software and its behavior on 888 Poker:
Are you aware that using a HUD on SNAP tables on 888 Poker is prohibited?
What is the intended purpose of the “Snap HUD” feature within the 888 configuration, given that HUD usage on SNAP tables is not allowed?
Why is this feature still available without any warning or restriction? Do you consider it acceptable that users may unknowingly violate site rules because of this?
In my view, a simple notice such as “HUD not allowed on SNAP tables” would help prevent misunderstandings and protect users from potential penalties.

Please provide a link/source for this. There is nothing in the 888 User Agreement published on their site that indicates that this is the case.

That reply is regarding the entire platform and not just for Snap tables. There are several trackers that currently support a HUD on 888 and we have not been notified of any change by 888. Furthermore the current user agreement on 888 that I see which was last updated on 24th March 2026 states in the appendix for poker customers that tracking software that calculates and displays in-game statistics is permitted:
