I didn't use the word terrorism because that invites debate about the legitimacy of motives and targets. I imagine that the possibility of a successful attack on U.S. soil is remote. I of course have no idea how much discussion, if any, there has been about such a thing within the Iranian government. I am not aware of any public threats by Iran to attack a target on the U.S. mainland. On the other hand, if such an attack were planned, I would not expect the attack to be telegraphed beforehand.

If you imagine that my immediate reaction to the detonation of a nuclear weapon would be to log on to 2+2 and argue with Victor, you are very mistaken.

I don't care about whether I have a brand or what it might be if it exists.
I guess that we could characterize most any post as an attempt by the poster to build a brand on 2+2, even if the post is an accurate statement of that poster's state of mind.
For example, I guess that we could say that Luckbox's enthusiasm for conspiracies is an effort by him to build a "brand" on 2+2 as a conspiracy theorist, and Trolly's enthusiasm for complaining about moderation is an effort by him to build a brand as someone who complains about moderation. But I tend to think of both things as just aspects of who those guys are rather than self-conscious efforts at brand building.
