Rice, the legend in his own mind, touting his shoutouts. Love it. Has anyone on this board ever gotten one? If so, how f*cken amazing did it feel?

Fat Zach said in todays video that he has given out shoutouts in the ballpark of a thousand. What an honour to be one of those few chosen!

There are some machines that when in certain states you are positive EV. The easiest classic example is must hit by jackpot machines. If there is a must hit by jackpot of $500 and the jackpot is at $499.99, playing that machine is positive EV. Those machines have a certain rate at which the jackpots rise, if you know the payback percentage and the meter rise rate, it's just a

And even if we give Trooper the benefit of the doubt and assume he's playing with an edge, that's still far from a guarantee that he will succeed in the long run.

Tilt and emotion control are not his strong suits and they are just as important in card counting and slots as they are in poker. There are many players who could be successful poker players or card counters except that they cant handle the variance and any negative swing results in them going on tilt and doing stupid things with their bankroll. Same applies for slots AP, they will start taking riskier plays that might be -EV and convince themselves it's not that bad because it will become +EV soon anyway LMAO.

Long story short is that it can go just fine for a very long time for these type of players, until it doesn't.

I have catched up on the Casino Nomad videos and he is a clear whack packer for me as well now.

What are we even doing dumping like $5000 on degen gambling in the past 2 months, while at the same time we are driving hours to cash in like $40 or $60 freeplays? This is classic gambling addict behavior.

Just the 5 grand he torched off so far in 2026 could be a solid start saving up for a new more modern car,or a deposit renting a nice apartment. But i suspect CN doesent want to spend his money on such "boring" adult stuff-he is living in cheap rooms at casinos with few other expences so he always have the option of gambling open to him.

no, but I was likely mentioned in one of his mean stupid comments at some point

It is commonplace for slot vloggers to be "selective" about what they post, arguing their viewers want to see the wins. With Trooper, it's a more a combination of hubris and denial.

ELD reports today from Harrah's parking garage and states he has outsourced the shout outs to "someone in California".Herbs and Rye then reports from California and takes over the shout outs monologue.ELD then comes back on the video and eats a cronut for the penultimate day of February before the cronut flavor changes to the March cronut flavor. When you run top 1% of results on risky/losing plays, you always have that result in the back of your mind when variance comes visiting and crushes you. He's already shrugged off that admitted $10k loss run as part of the game and doesn't realize he's suppose to lose heaps on these plays.

I cant wait for this clown to go busto and once again coming up with a myriad of cope/excuses to cover up why he failed.

How long is it possible for Trooper(s) to keep sunrunning while still taking on -EV plays? Is it possible for him to keep going through the year of 2026 without hitting a brickwall considering how much he plays? I mean, variance has to catch up with him?

Of Rice's 1000+ shootouts more than 90 percent have been 'anonymous' in that he couldn't remember the player's name.

Today he made it sound like he had 20 or 30. Instead H&R gives four.

As for the EDR I would bet all Caesars properties have the same parameters. Doubt you suddenly have a one visit limit in one casino and not the other.

What type of bankroll would a person need to have +$2500 days?

And I assume he plays these machines “early” so he can get them before the other AP players get there? And then hoping the machines turn +EV shortly after he hits them?

They all have different managers. Some may enforce the rules more strictly that others.

After Trooper fails at slots, like he has failed at everything else in his life, next will probably be a system for beating keno.

He is a shyster..

If anyone is looking for a good gambling podcast, the Risk of Ruin podcast has a lot of good episodes and guests in general, some former poker players as well as a few episodes with "real" advantage players. The "Casino Schemes" episode from August of last year is really good.

Some of the guys who really crushed it, weren't just sitting waiting for fat pigs or buffalos. Lot of the crazy stuff like realizing casinos were using the wrong odds payout on a table game, or new table games that hadn't been vetted enough, not well thought out casino promos and other smart stuff.

There was one story I remember, where one casino did some promotion for tax day, where any time you got a W2 on a slot you got either some percent back in freeplay or maybe extra cash, I don't exactly remember what you got. Well, these 2 guys realized that if you bet $600 on red or black on those virtual roulette machines that it paid $1200, qualified as a W2 for the promo and basically printed money. The casino never ran that promo again.

I mean, any bankroll could have a single or multiple 2500+ days, its slots/gambling, regardless of any advantage play you could just get lucky. If Trooper is trying to say he is averaging $2500/Day, he is FOS.

To average that, he would have to be playing super high limit and there are less of those machines that would be in that state so less opportunity to grind those.

As far as playing early, there is going to be a minimum number required for the game to be in an "Advantageous state", any play before that is negative EV or that minimum number would be lower. If he is playing early it is a losing play.

Exactly why he's going to get wrecked. This is the poker equivalent of "Oh I can play any two cards cause when I flop hard, I'm gonna stack the fish. I can cold call trash from a nit cause I know they are strong. If I flop trips, I'm stacking his over pair."

And even worse for him is he's going to be playing +ev stuff too so he likely will win overall. Just like poker, you need to objectively analyze your game to make sure you aren't playing too loose. Just like poker, it's easier to "play well" when you're winning. We all have seen how Trooper reacts when things don't go his way and he gets buried.

He's gonna be finding all these great high limit plays that for some reason he keeps finding cause the rest of the AP community is too dumb to play and he's gonna get crushed. Then he will chase and that $37.50 54 purple on Regal now looks awfully good.

Meanwhile he'll continue to post the good outcomes on risky plays and act like he's crushing and got it all figured out better than veteran AP who have been doing this for years while he hasn't even done this a year yet full time.

He will never realize how much ev he's leaking on bad plays.

You can survive in poker being a feel player like he is. You can't be a feel player at slots. It is either a play or not a play.

I think when he goes busto he won’t say much and will do what he always does, which is act like he has it all figured out and brag about his next stupid plan. Fans will tell him he is doing great.

He is used to these failures so he will try to brush it off like it’s no big deal.

Of course, the parts when he is stressing out, tilting and losing large amounts will not be shown to the audience. He will try to make the audience think he is crushing it while he goes silent.

I predict that he will play much worse when it goes against him. He always feels so entitled and when things go against him he can’t deal with that.

All this talk about being “him” makes him think he is superior and deserves to win. It’s one reason he would tilt so badly when he lost to a fish. He thought he was supposed to beat them every time.

He also refuses to acknowledge he has a tilt problem. He used to say all the time that he doesn’t tilt.

Trooper: I'm moving to Vegas to play poker for a living

Reality: Oh I'm moving to make YouTube Vegas lifestyle videos and playing poker is a part of it and gets to the Strip to film

Trooper: I'm crushing the candy game so hard, I need a commercial kitchen to keep up with demand.

Reality: Shut it all down. Not even making candy at home to sell at Farmer's Markets in small batches for extra income.

Trooper: I'm an AP slots pro

Reality: Gonna get shanked by the Chinese mafia the next time to walks up and just steals a play cause he hates organized groups

The poker room manager could give two traps.

My guess is the distance from the poker room to the EDR is such that it isn't easy to do in a 25 or so minute break.

When i worked at Venetian I legit couldn't walk to the EDR, actually have time to eat and then get back in one break.

If/when all this slot machine winning ends, does Trooper go back and delete all these arrogant posts?

Without a doubt, there will be a day Trooper does a scrub of all his social media.

Without admitting any failures of course.

Exactly. A monkey could count cards. The hard parts are dealing with swings and being allowed to play.

On top of that Timmays ego has him thinking he can play machines in a -ev state into a positive ev state (and that it's +ev overall )and has him playing stuff way early that the "nits" pass on.

And bc he thinks it's Timmay against the world he also thinks they're magically jealous of him jumping on a machine they just voluntarily passed on as they watch him play. It doesn't dawn on him they're hoping his dumb ass plays it into a +ev state before he runs out of money and leaves the machine.

I listened to this last year and it was a very good listen.
