With the new update, it has stopped working.

I just tried it, and the converter is still working.
I believe you meant ICC; they recently released a fix.

Correct... hand converter never stopped, it was just the catcher (ICC).

Hey FD. Bodog just rebranded to Ozoon. just want to check if it will still work with the converter?

Yes. I was told the dev team did a build for this, but I don't see it in release. I'll post it as soon as I have it.

The updated was released but the Ozoon hands aren't converted

Why when I compare grabbed hands with downloaded hands, player IDs are different? I mean I know if a player leave the table and then rejoins, the grabber would assign a new ID to him, but downloaded hands mantains the same ID for the same player for the session?

The number of the hands for some players are completely different, ie the grabber shows x hands the downloaded hands shows y hands

Wrong thread.... but what database are you using? PT?

by FreakDaddy

PT4

Not sure whether it is the wrong thread, since downloaded hands and, by consequence, the converted hands show the same behavior. Since you are tracking player correctly (I assume) maybe you know something that I don't know 😀

It's the wrong thread... this is the correct one:

So in DH2, we control both ends the catcher and database, so if you catch hands on ignition w/ dh2 and download them, the data merges. Don't have that same control w/ Pt4. I can have someone on the dev team check if there's a new workaround for this though. I'd need your ICC log (which you can create from settings), and some of the same downloaded hands. If you email them to support we'll be able to see if there's some way now.

"if a player leave the table and then rejoins, the grabber would assign a new ID to him, but downloaded hands mantains the same ID for the same player for the session"

I haven't noticed this, but I believe it happens because the card catcher doesn't know if it's a new player or someone who has rejoined, but the client does because the data is from them, which is why a downloaded hand history from the client can keep the same ID. If you are using DH2 though, it auto-corrects this.

@Heavy Mask

Were you able to fix/correct the player hand differences?

In a cash game, it assigns a new ID if someone leaves and re-joins. In a tournament, if a player gets moved and later comes back, their data ID is saved in stream.

Does the converted hands work for any app that supports PS format or can you only import the hands to a database?

Anything that supports Pokerstars format.

by FreakDaddy

Anything that supports Pokerstars format.

Yeah, been using in other GTO apps and it works.
Since, PS no longer use their old format. is there a possibility that you will also change the converted format in ignition hand converter?

Not totally sure yet. But yes, it's a possibility.
