They’re both the type to ask the smartest kid in the class who got 96% how long they studied, then be like: “10 hours of studying to get 96%? I studied for 30 minutes and got 65%”
As if to suggest that with a mere 30 more minutes of studying, they too could get the highest grade.
Classic Dunning-Kruger mindset.
The smartest kid in the class would study for 30 mins to get a 96. A mouth breather like Trooper would study for 10 hours to get a 65.
She said she had a good paying corporate job and in the last year and a half she tried to save up a bankroll. Then she said the roll was $4480.
If she couldn’t save up a roll with a good paying job then how does she expect to build it up to $10k playing 1-2? She said she quit her job.
In the last part of the video she complains about players calling PF with bad hands.

there are genuine cases of people leaving good paying jobs to gamble for a living, i know a few of them
but i think most vloggers are more interested in story crafting than anything else - i typically read it as "i wasn't desperate and chose this life" as they believe it is more compelling story when they gave up something reliable and good to pursue this

I’m basing it on convos I’ve had with Trooper types in high school and post secondary. There are savant kids in college classes that might only need 30 mins of studying to get 96, but I’d estimate that 9 out of 10 students getting the highest marks study more than you think.
The Trooper types also are getting 55-60% and lying about getting 65-70.
Smartest kid in my class didn't study at all. In fact, he seldom showed up for class. He was like a friggin' Sheldon. Valedictorian.
Had a guy like that in a Psych class once. Took 20 minutes to finish a midterm that took me an hour to finish as the second one done in a class of ~150 kids.
See his paper a few days later and has 100% of course.
England provides free flats/apartments so she can live for free off the dole comps in England.
They have a television series in England called "Living on the Dole" and "Benefits Britain" explaining on how to get comped flat apartments in England.
The Crown heavily taxes empty apartments so landlords must rent out subsidized apartments to all Nomads who are English subjects.
Also everyone gets free healthcare and there are no medical insurance premiums.

Average IQ is only 100. IIRC, average high school grad IQ is 105. Top 5% of IQ is probably starting around 125, and the people you’re talking about are like 135+.
We are talking about a pretty low bar if we’re talking above or below average. If anything, you being surrounded by all those highly intelligent people has skewed your perception of what average is.
Trooper’s IQ could be 110, which is 75th percentile and neither of us would consider him smart. But he’s around enough 25-50th percentile people to consider himself smart.

However what Trooper lacks in intelligence he more than makes up for with ego. He would be in the 99th percentile for certain when it comes to raging egos. Generally the bigger the ego the dumber the person, with few exceptions.

He states that evictions in Las Vegas court can take ten days.
Then he states he and his wife were in danger of homelessness and had no family or friends in Vegas to help.
Not Leaving Las Vegas is Canadian and apparently non citizens are not allowed at the homeless shelter.
