WPN, (pokerking, acr ) bans and steal money for no reason

Hello.
I played on the WPN network, first at PokerKing, then at Yapoker (to finish the deposit bonus).
I managed to make a good profit in the last two months, taking rakeback into account, but then I moved to another poker room.
Then I received a letter from WPN saying my account was frozen.
They asked me to record a video with my passport and also record a video explaining where I learned to play, when I started, etc.
I did everything I was supposed to.
Then step 3, where you need to record a video of a game session. They also gave me a link to YouTube where nanonoko (their security expert) explains how to record, etc.
There are also comments from Russian players (I hope they haven't been banned).
I recorded a video of the game, and in the video, I even got up from the table, etc., to show that there was nothing on my table, and turned around to show that there was no headset. In the end, I recorded a game video, even made timecodes explaining why the hands were played, but in the end, I received a letter
saying something like, about tipsters/bots/RTA.
Your confirmed violations include, but are not limited to:
4.2.0 WPN and all sites which comprise the WPN network have offering players a fair playing environment and game integrity as the highest priority. Each poker site which comprises the WPN network has adopted a no-tolerance policy toward automated players or “bots” participating in any of the poker playing activities offered to real customers.
“Automated Players” or “Bots” are expressly prohibited from playing in any of the gaming offered by the WPN or any participating poker sites/brands.
Generally, any third-party tool, piece of software, or source material, not developed by WPN, that allows players to gain an unfair advantage poses a threat to the integrity of the live real persons playing WPN poker games.
Specifically, WPN and sites on the Network prohibit
4.2.1 Poker bots or any other piece of software that might play poker without human intervention or otherwise gives advice on how to play in real time.
4.2.2 Software that provides a human player, current live game state information, such as pot odds and outs, or an absolute hand strength calculator.
4.2.3 Tools that offer real-time advice (RTA) on how to act at the table, (for example, tools known as push-this-button bots or advisor).
6.4 Identity misrepresentation: Create an account on someone else’s behalf with or without their consent or allowing someone else to create an account on your behalf in a manner that misrepresents the true identity of the accountholder.
6.6 Fake profile information: Create an account that contains inaccurate or false information.
Please be informed that all your Winning Poker Network accounts have been closed, and you are permanently banned from our poker network, effective immediately.
Playing on the Winning Poker Network is a privilege and not a right. We clearly state that we reserve the right to ban an account at any time for any reason in our Terms and Conditions outlined here
I'm wondering if I should report it to the gambling commission, etc. If anyone has had similar situations, please share your experience.
I think
they banned people who make good profit and ban for no reason, Winning players on the WPN network are banned; sooner or later they will be banned. Either you lose and continue playing, or if you win money, you will be banned.
